But every single employee at Mazda Congressional made me feel comfortable. They were warm and friendly, in a genuine way. They answered every one of my questions. Negotiating the price was even easy, mostly because I did not feel like Deborah (Sales Manager) or Ham (dealer) were trying to cheat me. The final price wa well below what the internet had advised as a "reasonable" price. The entire process was very transparent. And Dana (Finance Manager) clearly explained all of my financing options without the judgment and condescension I experienced with other dealerships. I am thrilled with my new Mazda6.
