They were busy (end of month & end of model year), but the 2.5+ hour wait to pay for the car seemed excessive. Then we were hit with a super hard-sell for extended warrantee coverage. After feeling absolutely no pressure from Jimmy, this was extraordinarily frustrating and the only downside of my transaction. I wound up spending money that I didn't want to spend because "no" does not mean "no" in that room. (But in fairness, Jimmy didn't have anything to do with that part.) Overall, I'd DEFINITELY buy another car from Congressional VW/Mazda - but I'll be mentally prepared for the hard sell at the end of the process! More

I went to Congressional VW because I had seen the lease deals for the Passat advertised. I met Shannon and immediately took a liking to him. Even though the dealership wanted me to take one of two cars out of inventory (and offered a great deal to do so), nobody tried to push me when I decided I wanted to get the color and features I really wanted. We struck a good deal and the entire process was very straightforward and easy. When I came to get the car this evening, it was all ready and I went through the closing process with Dana who was also very easy to deal with. Shannon spent a lot of time walking me through the car's bluetooth, media and other features. It was an extremely positive process from start to finish. I highly recommend the dealership and the people I worked with. More

Dana was our finance person, and while we appreciated his assistance, his sales push was a bit too much and he incorrectly second-guessed our calculations when we were trying to look at the overall (not just monthly) cost of some of the warranties. But overall, I'd recommend this dealership for people who want a low-hassle car purchase from kind, informed people. More
