We were not sure if we wanted to lease or buy a VW, nor did we have a good idea of which model we wanted. Ray was friendly, receptive, and professional the entire time we worked with him. Not once was he pushy, rude, or gave us misinformation about the vehicles. He allowed us to take our time, asking questions, test driving, etc. He even stayed two hours late, past closing, to ensure our paperwork was processed with the correct personnel.
