I did a lot a research on my vehicle prior to coming and he was able to answer any questions I asked, unlike some dealers who are just simply in the business of “selling cars”. Jimmy was honest and never pushed me into buying something that I didn’t really want. On top of that I had all my children with me at the time, Jimmy offered them highlighters to draw happy faces and coloring books too. And when it was all said and done he personally went out and wiped down my car his self. Now that is customer service. I would definitely refer a friend, family member or co-worker. Last year I purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle from this dealership and have been going through so much turmoil ever since. Honestly, I love my vehicle but I wish I never purchased anything from this t this dealership and have been going through so much turmoil ever since. Honestly, I love my vehicle but I wish I never purchased anything from this terrible dealership and never ever would purchase another vehicle here. I understand a car is going to have issues but every other month there is something wrong with my CX-9 and it's always a struggle with the horrible service department to get it looked at. Every time I bring my vehicle in for service they tell me the problem which I am having doesn't exist when in fact it does! Last year my truck while driving would frequently jerk. When I bought it into service they told me they didn't feel it and nothing was wrong. Since the guy that works there is one of the "top" Mazda technicians in the country I was suppose to believe that. They supposedly plugged my CX-9 up to the computer and couldn't find anything wrong. As soon as I took it to a Sharett Mazda in Hagerstown they told me it was a misfire in my engine almost instantly. Every time I have to bring my vehicle in to get service done I always get a filthy vehicle back with my gas light always on empty when it wasn't given to them like that. They always like to tell me they don't have loaner cars but when I bought the car my sales consultant made sure he mentioned they do offer loaner cars. This dealership is the worst. The service people love to talk to you like your nothing. For all the shoppers out there I would really think twice before coming to this dealership. They are nice until you purchase the car and roll off the lot, once its time to be fruitful of the so called benefits they offer for buying from them its a different story. Right now my CX-9 is getting serviced by them and today Frank harassed me and told me I better bring his car "loaner car" back by tomorrow because he promised it to someone else. At first he told me they didn't have loaner cars and now he is harassing me to bring it back because apparently the next customer is more important than me. This has been the WORST buying experience of my life and because of it not only will I never buy another vehicle from Congressional Motors but I don't even want another Mazda just because of their service. He does such a good job at making you feel welcome and is attentive and particular to every detail that needs to be addressed. I am very satisfied with my experience and next time know to go directly to Ray instead of spending a lot of time at other dealerships!!! I also enjoyed working with Dana McGriff as I went through all of the paperwork. He was also very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and helpful. It was such a pleasurable experience and he made it easy and understandable. I appreciated it so much. The people at this dealership are welcoming and warm. I would recommend them to anyone!! More
My experience was AMAZING. Jimmy Alegre was very nice, down to earth, but most of all, he was educated and knew what he was talking about. He didn't talk to me with cliche car salesman lines. He took me through every step of the process and made sure that i thoroughly understood everything that was going on. I felt like family and Jimmy and the manager, Dana, treated me like royalty. They kept their word and I left with the car that I wanted. I am officially a Volkswagen customer for life because of this experience. I had multiple experiences with car dealerships prior tto walking inside this dealership, but i can honestly say that my outlook on the car buying process has changed. They didn't treat me a certain way because of my age either. I am a United States Sailor and so many dealerships try to take advantage of service members, but Congressional is the cream of the crop and I will forever be grateful. If any one ask me where they can find a nice car for a nice price, I will point them to Congressional. Amazing is an understatement. More
