I dealt with Preston in the internet sales department and he was very friendly and professional. However, the financing department was a different experience, they were pushy and deceitful. I was told that they offered an extended warranty from Mazda, so I agreed to sign up and think about it. When I got home I researched the extended warranty and found out it was a 3rd party warranty, not a Mazda warranty. I had asked the person in the finance department (Claudio) three times if it was offered by Mazda. I was skeptical because the name, "Fidelity warranty serice", not Mazda, was on the paper work. Bottom line: I would recommend this dealership and working with Preston. However, when it comes to financing and the extended warranty the people working there are misleading, if not outright dishonest. Put up your guard and do any research before hand. Type in "Fidelity warranty complaints" in google and you will see a whole host of complaints, this warranty is NOT the same as a OEM Mazda extended warranty. Dealers make a lot of money on them, so they push hard to sell you this. Also, they will claim canceling is easy, but do not believe. I have been trying to cancel since the second day I bought the car and have been so far unsuccessful. I will just drop the car off and buy somewhere else if they refuse to honor the 30 day cancellation policy. More
