I was lied my the salesman Kobe about buying a Lexus UX 250h. I asked directly if this car could have a hitch added for a bicycle rack. James in finance and Kobe lied to me just so I could buy the car. Ja 250h. I asked directly if this car could have a hitch added for a bicycle rack. James in finance and Kobe lied to me just so I could buy the car. James told us over the phone that he would call parts before we bought the car and get the price of a hitch. He said that it would be so expensive that I should buy it off market. They could've told me that the NXh was the right truck because it has a hitch feature. I WAS LIED TO. This was my second time buying from this car lot AND IT WILL BE MY LAST. I'm stuck with a car that does not have the feature I wanted More
I made a purchase earlier this year at Ourisman Lexus of Rockville of a used 2019 NX and the experience is close to the worst I have had to endure from a car dealership, period. This experience was not up to the standard of that expected for luxury car sales nor did it embody Lexus’s tagline of “Experience Amazing”. The dealership failed on several accounts both during and after the sale: 1) Rudeness during negotiations on pricing a trade-in vehicle; 2) Hard credit check was performed when I was informed that only a soft credit check would take place for payment with a personal check; 3) MVA registration was not provided at the conclusion of the deal; 4) First MVA registration document received from the dealership was incorrect; 5) Vehicle manuals were not in the glove compartment (as informed), subsequently a return trip to the dealership had to be made; 6) Was overcharged taxes and registration fees, received inconsistent information from dealership staff on how to address this, and then a number of emails had to be sent before this was rectified; 7) Emails relating to errors made by the dealership were ignored by staff. Finally, a letter of complaint was sent to Lexus Corporate HQ about the dealership. A case manager was assigned and a response to the complaint was then requested from the dealership in writing. The General Manager, David Slebodnick, refused to provide a written response to the complaint which I find utterly disgusting (and so did the case manager from Lexus Corporate). I am very unhappy with this dealership and will not be coming back for sales or service and I recommend that you don’t also. More

Dealership has been very unprofessional in trying to lay off the responsibility of this malfunction back to the owner. Dealership is now pressuring the owner to have the vehicle removed before the evaluation by corporate can be completed. This dealership deserves a 0 rating. Beyond painfull dealing with Ourisman Lexus of Rockville and Corporate Lexus. More

One example: Our NX was due for service, and we scheduled it for pick up at and return to our home. The “valet” showed up 2 hours late, which meant we had to wait for him. After the service was completed, we received a call saying the car was ready and would be delivered back to our house. Three hours after the call, we still do not have the car. When I called the dealer, I was told they did not know whether the car was on its way back to us or still at the dealership. So we have no car, and no idea where it is. I will never use this dealer again. More
I leased a 2020 NX and the original msrp was 49000 and they told me its a grand collection and its 85000$ and the monthly payment is 1300$ and after a month the body kit started to fall off and the dealer they told me its a grand collection and its 85000$ and the monthly payment is 1300$ and after a month the body kit started to fall off and the dealer did not take responsibility and said its not are problem and you have to pay for it. and they promised that if i get this car after 4-5 months they will trade with what ever I want without loosing but that did not happen and the managers specialy the gsm named Jessie was harsh and very rude.now the buy out on the car is 70000$ and no dealership will trade my car and i am stuck with this.I hope this does not happen to anyone. just save your time and money and go to an other dealer ship that respects costumers.they are stealing from our pocket with the trick called the collection cars. I have owned Lexus cars for over a decade. Several of which were purchased at the Rockville location. I purchased a extended warranty for my 2018 Lexus 500 last car. 4 years and 50k miles. That included which were purchased at the Rockville location. I purchased a extended warranty for my 2018 Lexus 500 last car. 4 years and 50k miles. That included paint, Engine and tire extended warranty. I called to have a tire replaced due to a puncture. It was it within six months of a replacement due to a recall. The service tech was so rude and stated that I had no cause for the tire to be replaced by them. He never asked my name or what the circumstances were behind the issue other than to state thatI did not qualify for a new tire for the hundred thousand dollar car I purchased with additional warranty. I will never go back to Lexus of Rockville for a car purchase or service. Further the service manager and never returned my calls which is unforgivable given the expense of the car and my dedication to the Lexus product. This occurred February 5, 2020. Shame on the Lexus of Rockville for insulting a long-standing client and refusing to do what I paid for with a tire replacementg The manager called and we settled the matter amicably and I’m grateful for their interest in doing so and I give credit to the service manager for calling out the employee who clearly didn’t understand that my car was under warranty for a tire replacement.
