New ownership has not resolved any of the service problems listed here! I dropped my new vehicle off for an oil change first thing in the AM, told it would be ready in 1 1/2 hours. I responded that problems listed here! I dropped my new vehicle off for an oil change first thing in the AM, told it would be ready in 1 1/2 hours. I responded that I could not get back until 12 noon. At 1:15PM I called the service department, on hold for 15 minutes, no answer. I called again and could not get an answer, so I called Sales and of course they picked up. They transferred me to service at which point they took my car in for the oil change. I am still waiting to hear when it will be ready... Please note that the service girl that took the initial intake was very knowledgeable and efficient. More
