Service On My Genesis I scheduled my appointment for 9:30 AM and arrived at 9:15 AM, I had no problem with checking in my car for service. My car was finished by 10:45 AM, I was completely satisfied with the entire process and everyone was accommodating including the Cashier who took my money. I have used this service department exclusively and never been disappointed. More

Service Advisor Juan was friendly and helpful (as he always is - even though he was the only advisor working at 07:15 am). The work was completed within two hours and the price was within a few dollars of what was quoted. I have been coming to this dealership for all my maintenance since 2012 - when I bought my first Elantra. Only twice was scheduled maintenance performed by other dealers - both instances were when I was out of town. I am very satisfied with the service at Ourisman Hyundai of Bowie and remain a loyal customer. More
Happy Sonata driver I have been using Ourisman Hyundai of Bowie for my regular car service (oil changes and etc) for about two years now. There has never been a time when I haven't had a excellent experience. JUAN is the BEST service agent EVER. He pays close attention to your service needs and works with you until the job is completed to your satisfaction. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. I needed shuttle service when I took my care in recently and without delay I had a ride home. The cashier staff is also a pleasure to work with(dont hear that too often when paying a bill). One of the nice cashier even gave me lotion for my dry hands(now that's service). Can't Say Enough About the staff at Ourisman Hyundai of Bowie. I will never take my car anywhere else!!!!! More

I was out of there within the timeframe I was told- EXCELLENT timelines in providing services! And my car ran much smoother when I got back in it- EXCELLENT quality services! More

Oil&water Customer service was excellent, I was offered beverages but I waited a little long to get 4 new tires put on 8-11:30am the price was little higher. Unprofessional, disrepecful. rude customer service. I own a 2014 Equus; therefore I am entitled to concierge/valet service. The loaner is to be an Equus or a Genesis. I made a service appointment on 7 I own a 2014 Equus; therefore I am entitled to concierge/valet service. The loaner is to be an Equus or a Genesis. I made a service appointment on 7/26/16 for an appointment on 8/3/16 at 10:00 am. I received an e-mailed from Advisor, Juan Easley stating by appointment is on 8/3/16 at 8:30 am. I called Juan Easley to let him know that I have an Equus and would he be picking-up the car at 8:30 am. He said if it did not, he would call. I did not receive a call from Juan Easley. Several calls were made to Service Department to no avail. Finally, I reached Ann, who stated the car was being cleaned and gas up. The driver appeared at my home at 10:00 am with a white Sonata (older), which I did not accept. Juan Easley should have honored the replacement of vehicle for vehicle or called and asked if I would accept the Sonata. I made the appointment five (5) working days prior to the scheduled appointment. No one from Ourisman Hyundai of Bowie as ever called me. I called and spoke to the Service Manager, Rick Martars, who stated that someone dropped the ball and that he was new. He further stated that he would have a Genesis available Thursday around 9:00 am or 10:00 am. No call from Rick Martars. Rick Martars was aware of my travel out of town. Also calls made to Service Department were not answered. When they were answered, you would be placed on hold and then hung up on/disconnected. SHOULD I BE DISRESPECTED OR ILL-TREATED BECAUSE SOMEONE "DROPPED THE BALL"? . More
