Worst service center ever Second time I went this service, second time.The service representative tried to up sell things I didn’t want. I went there for only oil change. Unfor Second time I went this service, second time.The service representative tried to up sell things I didn’t want. I went there for only oil change. Unfortunately they did not even check and top up engine coolant. Service representative was so careless he lost the coupon for oil change I gave to him but he didn’t even bother to look for it. And the time he went to take my car from parking lot he started to chat with some his colleagues. Even they made me wait for a real long time. Finally I was really pissed off , took my key and found my car myself. This was the worst experience I had. More

Fast service with a smile I came in on March 29 for a State Inspection and maybe a oil change, Mr Roberto Gutierrez was very helpful and I was out in less than one hour. He was very honest and told me that I don't need to change my oil at this time. This made me feel good about your company integrity for having such a great employee. Great service, huge shop supply charge I had an oxygen sensor replaced. In my 2007 Honda Odyssey. The service was good, performed within reasonable time since I was waiting. They even washe I had an oxygen sensor replaced. In my 2007 Honda Odyssey. The service was good, performed within reasonable time since I was waiting. They even washed my car. What I didn’t appreciate was the $34 shop supply charge tacked on to the repair. It was explained that every repair gets this charge to pay for towels, grease, carb cleaner, etc. I don’t mind paying a reasonable fee,; this is too high and I know this repair did not use up $34 in shop supplies. Not happy. More
