Done on To Do List I've been holding off taking my car in just because of the hassle. I'm glad I finally got around to doing it because I can cross off 25k service and I've been holding off taking my car in just because of the hassle. I'm glad I finally got around to doing it because I can cross off 25k service and two recalls off my to do list, I was also able to get it detailed as well, which it badly needed with all the pollen on it! It was so easy to make an appointment that was convenient for me (drop off am). Tony Romo was the Service Advisor that helped make this experience hassle-free. He put me in a rental and called me later in the afternoon that my car was ready for pickup. Couldn't have gone better.. More

Steven, on the other hand, was visibly honest, and answered my questions accurately. For example, I asked him how much longer I have on the timing belt and if they check my timing belt at the time of oil change, Steven said there is no way to tell, as looking at timing belt involves going deep that they typically do not do unless really necessary, and certainly not for oil change. And that, if at all they take pains to go that deep, they may as well replace the timing belt. On the other hand, the earlier guy called me during an oil change and said my timing belt needs to be replaced. How would he have known? I am sure he did not go deep for free. More
