The first time at Ourisman, the service advisor kept trying to sell me additional services (i.e. fuel injector service). The second time, the service advisor didn't try to sell me anything additional a trying to sell me additional services (i.e. fuel injector service). The second time, the service advisor didn't try to sell me anything additional and was very professional but the service itself was disappointing. My car reeked like a mechanics shop when I got into it. The smell didn't go away for the entire 20-minute drive home. My husband told me he saw an oil spot where I usually parked. So, I opened the hood and saw, to my disbelief, that the service technician failed to replace my oil cap! Oil spilled all over my engine compartment! It makes me wonder if they replaced all of the bolts to my oil pan but I can't easily check that! More
Beware that you will charged 3% if you use your credit card to pay for service at this dealership. I was not informed of this new change in their policy and learnt this at the time of payment. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of transparency: this should have been flagged to customers at the time they drop the car since this is a new policy starting August 1st, 2023. If I knew this in advance I would have brought my check book. So I had to go back home to get my checkbook and make another trip to pick up my car. I was told the service advisor was supposed to inform me when I dropped my car for service, which did not happen. Finally the service is 1 out of 10. Staff is unfriendly, not courteous, and nobody would come up to ask what you need when you drive your car in. Manager declined to speak with me about the new credit car service fee. The only nicest and most helpful person is the shuttle driver. I grt much better service at a small Exxon or Shell garage. More
Worst dealership ever. I recently moved to Virginia and it’s my first time getting inspection. I had no idea that Amber housing or amber lights required in Virginia. They first told me that we are going to fail your inspection. Service advisor Victor. I said, why? Because of the law. They did not show me which statue law they are talking about. I just changed the housing of the side markers. The inspection service said, Good luck next time. Just give me my car and I want freakin leave. Took like 15 minutes to get the xxxx out of there.That pissed me off. EVEN IF YOU BANNED ME FROM ENTERING YOUR PROPERTY.. I’m never coming back there again. Unprofessional In the beginning, they told me that they are not going to be rejection sticker but I found out that they are going to be rejection sticker for inspection. IM ON KANSAS PLATES AND REGISTRATION. Screw you Called the safety inspection and explained to me. More
This message is for the Ourisman Honda of Tysons Corner located in Tysons Virginia. My initial experience here was wonderful when I went to purchase a 2020 Honda CRV this past December 31st. Our sales located in Tysons Virginia. My initial experience here was wonderful when I went to purchase a 2020 Honda CRV this past December 31st. Our sales associate who worked with us from the beginning until the end was absolutely great and everything went smoothly! But that’s the only good thing that I can say about this dealership. I barely drove 3k TOTAL miles within the past 7 months! A few days ago I noticed that the rubber gasket on the windshield as well as the roof have chips/cracks in it. I would understand if there was damage at only one point, however, my vehicle has damage on at least 6 different locations.. On Monday( 8/9/21) I set up an appointment at the Tysons dealership where I purchased my car. I drove my car to the service center and the service representative, Wilson, saw the issue and suggested that I call his service director. The service director, Ryan Parton, looked at the issue and immediately said there is nothing they can do to resolve the issue. He stated “the windshield can break if I replace the gasket and you will be responsible to pay for everything”. I mentioned that the car has a 3 year manufacture warranty. He didn’t care about my concerns and walked away. How can one of the biggest dealerships, Ourisman, deny their customers a repair on a brand new vehicle. This is absolute nonsense and unprofessional! It is unacceptable for a reputable car brand and company to deny customer service due to their faulty product which is of no fault of the customers at all. What started out as a five star experience has QUICKLY dropped down to one star experience. Who in the right mind treats a customer like this?! This is Ourisman Honda of Tysons Corner for crying out loud! This is one of the biggest Honda dealerships out there! To the service departments director, Ryan Parton, do better. Thanks, Mr Bedi More
I just got done getting my 2017 CR-V its' 50k oil change/maintenance and I had wonderful service from the representative. However, it was over an hour after I received my 'car is ready' phone call t change/maintenance and I had wonderful service from the representative. However, it was over an hour after I received my 'car is ready' phone call that I was actually able to leave because the paperwork wasn't done. I think the service guys who were supposed to be getting it a car wash (what I was told they were doing) ended up getting lunch (found shredded lettuce in the cup holder) and the car was unwashed. Very frustrated and will probably try another dealer next time. More
Rip off.... Hopeless service Total Rip off....got the 120k service package. Charged me a hefty bill about 1.5 to 2k. My vehicle started Giving trouble within a month or so. The break callipers, rotor and the pads on front had Worn out. The rotor and pads had to be replaced which cost me around 1k+ again. So what did they do in the 120k service? I wonder if they deliberately messed up these parts so that it would deteriorate faster and I would visit them again. This is not the first time I experienced this with this service consultant. I would not recommend this service consultant or center to anyone. More
