I am sorry for the bad experience you had at our dealership. We give the new owner everything that was given to us from the previous owner. Sometimes these means one key, sometimes two or more. I understand keys are expensive, and we will typicaly price our cars based on what condition the car is in as well as what equipment is included with the car. Mike Walker is the best General Manager in the industry. He will do anything to help a customer and go above and beyond. If he was unable to help in this particular rare case, I am confident he did everything he could. If the Honda Corporation would not cover the broken seat under warrnty then it was not a defective seat. It is possible that it was damaged or broken by the owner and in that case it would not be on Honda or the dealer to fix the seat. I hope that we will have a chance in the future to provide you with a better service experience. We truely want you to be happy with your new Honda.
