I am sorry for the bad experience you had at our dealership. We give the new owner everything that was given to us from the previous owner. Sometimes these means one key, sometimes two or more. I understand keys are expensive, and we will typicaly price our cars based on what condition the car is in as well as what equipment is included with the car.
