Ourishman purchased my Porsche Cayenne 7 weeks ago and told me i would receive the proceeds of over $11K when they received the title back. I have confirmed with my financing company that the car was paid told me i would receive the proceeds of over $11K when they received the title back. I have confirmed with my financing company that the car was paid off over 4 weeks ago and the average time is 2 weeks to get title. The finance guy JOE told me it would only be a "few weeks" - had I of known it was going to take nearly 2 months to get my money I would have NEVER EVER sold my car to them. To make matter worse, I have called JOE with no response and he then sent me to contact their accounting department (Melissa Keller) and I called several times and she never returned my call either. When you call the dealership number (301) 664-4800 no one answers. I have left sever voicemails in the general mailbox and no one has returned my calls. It has been nearly 2 months and not money. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!!!! I'm left with not alternative then to file a complaint with the CFPB and the BBB which I will be doing today! More
Do not try to purchase a vehicle here. These people have no clue what they are doing. I showed up to test drive a car and liked it, then the next day I took it for an inspection before buying it. While I was out getting it inspected, they sold the vehicle to someone else. I later find out that before I had even showed up to test drive the vehicle, someone else had already negotiated a price and done the paperwork, and the dealership was just waiting for them to bring the cashier's check. However, they still had the vehicle listed for sale on their website and had even let me take it to get it inspected without telling me that I wouldn't be able to purchase it, even though they KNEW that already when I first showed up to the dealership. I then had to wait around for another half hour until someone who actually knew what was going on could come and explain it to me. They finally agreed to refund the cost of the inspection, but not before I argued with them about it for a while. They said they'd mail me a check for it, but we will see if that even happens. Steer clear, this place will waste your time and money. Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere. P.S. I heard they charge substantial dealership fees anyways, so they probably would have tried to make me pay way more than the vehicle was worth. But, I didn't even get to that point. More

The "Sales Department" is great but the "Customer Service" department is the worst ever!!! The great people who worked there are gone (where is Mohamed Ameyar? We want him back!). Alexander Villegas has been the worst customer service representative I have ever encountered. I bought all my cars from them, and I won't be returning becuase of this. Their "Service Department" was terrible. The rim on one of my cars was scratched. He refused to acknowledge that the new scratch wasn't in the picture which he took with his own tablet. Then he started arguing with me. Alexander Villega used condescending language and yelled at me. As soon as I brought this up to him, he began to talk fast and ramble while he threw a temper tantrum, throwing his hands up in protest. Upon asking for the supervisor's name, he handed me "Ryan Parton's business card". It appears that the behavior of Ryan Parton, the supervisor, was fairly similar to the behavior of Mr. Villegas, based on what other people have posted. Purchasing a car is a wonderful experience, but do not leave it for maintenance. Terrible service! I read about people who have described Ryan Parton's behavior. Now I have my car with a scratch and a headache after the discussion and bad moment with Mr. Villegas. It is not worth it after I paid $100 for an oil change and tire rotation. I am pretty use you can find something better somewhere else for the same or better price. More

This message is for the Ourisman Honda of Tysons Corner located in Tysons Virginia. My initial experience here was wonderful when I went to purchase a 2020 Honda CRV this past December 31st. Our sales located in Tysons Virginia. My initial experience here was wonderful when I went to purchase a 2020 Honda CRV this past December 31st. Our sales associate who worked with us from the beginning until the end was absolutely great and everything went smoothly! But that’s the only good thing that I can say about this dealership. I barely drove 3k TOTAL miles within the past 7 months! A few days ago I noticed that the rubber gasket on the windshield as well as the roof have chips/cracks in it. I would understand if there was damage at only one point, however, my vehicle has damage on at least 6 different locations.. On Monday( 8/9/21) I set up an appointment at the Tysons dealership where I purchased my car. I drove my car to the service center and the service representative, Wilson, saw the issue and suggested that I call his service director. The service director, Ryan Parton, looked at the issue and immediately said there is nothing they can do to resolve the issue. He stated “the windshield can break if I replace the gasket and you will be responsible to pay for everything”. I mentioned that the car has a 3 year manufacture warranty. He didn’t care about my concerns and walked away. How can one of the biggest dealerships, Ourisman, deny their customers a repair on a brand new vehicle. This is absolute nonsense and unprofessional! It is unacceptable for a reputable car brand and company to deny customer service due to their faulty product which is of no fault of the customers at all. What started out as a five star experience has QUICKLY dropped down to one star experience. Who in the right mind treats a customer like this?! This is Ourisman Honda of Tysons Corner for crying out loud! This is one of the biggest Honda dealerships out there! To the service departments director, Ryan Parton, do better. Thanks, Mr Bedi More
