I am not clear how MY calling you will resolve what happened. This is an example of what I was speaking to in the original review. A responsible dealership/ manager would ( I would think) call the client himself instead of expecting the client to call him. You clearly realize who I am based on the comment that you were extremely busy "that night" so a call to me would be easy to accomplish. Tony has already called to check on how the new car is doing.
