When I first walked into the dealer, I felt immediately welcome. I was enthusiastically greeted by the sales staff and the business manager on duty was extremely professional while managing to be friendly welcome. When I left the dealer after the first visit, I knew they knew I had also visited other dealerships in the area. Each other dealership called me the next day during business hours, while I was at work and unable to take the call, and did so repeatedly, leaving messages that got increasingly rude. The staff at Honda Tysons Corner not only waited a day to call me on the weekend (I had initially visited on a Thursday), but the call felt much less like harassment and more like a friendly voice. I had been looking for car but no success .Most of dealers i visited were almost like thief , just want to take money from your pocket , but here in tysons corner i am glad to say my 3 months search e dealers i visited were almost like thief , just want to take money from your pocket , but here in tysons corner i am glad to say my 3 months search ended .Amine was very friendly , told us everything about accord and difference between models and result was that we ended in teh best model i can have . Best things were : 1) They arranged the color of car which i liked even though it was not in their inventory . 2) Best thing was financing , initially i was getting about double of what we got from here .The finance manager worked really hard to get us finance in our limit after about 1 hour of long talks with honda finance group . Last but not the least and the best thing i liked after i purchase the car is that the car which i got was center of attraction in my community .It was looking totally between awesome sitting between so many honda accords. The process was quick and fast and I was able to get the vehicle I needed with very limited need to negotiate or haggle. Moa was very willing to accommodate any of my requests and questions and was very quick to ease any concerns that I had in terms of my lease. Moa was extremely patient as I explained to him my frustration with other dealerships as we walked the lot looking at CRV's. Moa provided the perfect balance of information for each CRV without being pushy and overbearing i.e. "what do I have to do for you to buy this car today". Moa was extremely friendly and knowledgable of each CRV. He made the process pleasant and easy. Moa introduced me to Tony Veal (Finance Manager). Tony was extremely helpful and explained my financing options in a clear and detailed manner. Moa and Tony left me with the impression they were working for me and representing my best interest. We stopped by the Tysons Honda after a long, grueling, miserable weekend of used car Shopping for a late model Honda Pilot. Salesman Moa Ameyar was super. He then helped us to get a brand new Pilot for just about the same price as the 2009 through 2011 models we had been seeing at the other dealerships in the area. He ALSO helped us get the best deal for our 2007 Honda Odyssey trade... much better than every other dealership we had worked with in the couple of weeks prior (including Carmax, which Tysons Honda was over a thousand dollars higher!). I have never liked buying cars. This time it was actually pleasant. Well done Moa and the entire Tysons Honda Staff! More

Well the quality of work was ok because i had lot of help from the dealers which was ok . As i said for the customer service everyone was friendly, the price i wished they would go down more but as you know all dealers try to make their money too. But my overall experiance was good i was satisfied with my purchase. And if you do go there talk to Shabir Baba he is very nice and he will work with you any way possible as much as he could and he makes you feel like family. Also i would like to compliment Tony Veil the financing guy, he was soo friendly and soo understanding. These two people make me want to come back and purchase another car. More
