I contacted you guys to fix my odyssey that was viberating at 40-50 miles/h. First you told me that I need to change my routers and brakes that you did the job for me($1300). Then I noticed that after those fixes my problem still exist. I contacted you guys again that what ever you did on my car did not fix the issue. You drove the car and told me that i need to change all my engine mounts that you did for ($2300). Make the story short I still have the problem, my car is vibrating at 40 miles/h but I will never come back to any Honda dealership and will try to get rid of my odyssey soon. This all happend arroung the christmas time. I think your dealership was behind on catching up with money for end of the year!! More
Me and my boyfriend and parents went to the dealership hoping to find the perfect for my dad. Amine was outside ready to assist us in find that right car. We felt so comfortable being able to be outselfs and not have to be pressured into a sale, instead, be giving a straight forward to the point, no ghost sale but quality and precision which was given. We ended up leaving with a brand new 2012 honda civic, for a GREAT price and definitly would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great price, and awesome customer service More

I have nothing but praise to share for the individuals with whom I interacted when I purchased a new vehicle in January, 2012. I had prepped well in advance of our visit to this dealership and had a good with whom I interacted when I purchased a new vehicle in January, 2012. I had prepped well in advance of our visit to this dealership and had a good idea of what I was willing to pay. I also had pre-arranged financing. I was in the market for a new car, but not in a rush to buy, including a willingness to go with a competitor for a different make and model. I had previously owned a CRV, so I decided to begin shopping at a Honda dealer. Before coming to Honda of Tysons, I had stopped in to a different dealer just for a look at the new CRV model. I spent approximately 30 minutes at that dealership and surprisingly was never approached by any sales rep. Not that I minded, but I found that odd. Thus I made an appointment in advance of our visit to Honda of Tysons. That also served me well. When my wife and I arrived, we were directed to speak with Amine Kadmiri. He spent the next hour with us, THOROUGHLY going through all aspects roof to wheels, engine to tailgate, on the new CRV model. He was quite knowledgeable and helpful, and had obviously done his homework (I'm a teacher) on the vehicle. I was impressed. I was further impressed that he did all this without asking us what our goals were for this visit. Following our test drive, we began discussions about what it would cost, and I was "up-front" with our status, preparation and willingness to shop elsewhere. "Up-front" is indeed the phrase that pays at Honda of Tysons, for they subscribe to "up-front pricing." Amine showed me what the vehicle would cost, and I was pleasantly surprised to see that the quote was lacking mark-ups and special dealer fees. In fact, the price was within the parameters that I was willing to go. With the pre-arranged financing in hand, I asked if the dealership could beat the interest rate that I had been provided, or take a little more off the sales price. We settled on the latter, and I was happy to proceed. We agreed pretty rapidly on the deal. We spoke twice with Amine's supervisor, Mr. Azmi, and were quite happy with his efforts to locate the exterior and interior colors that we wanted. In fact, he made a suggestion re: the interior color, showed the difference to us on a couple of other models, and we went with his suggestion. Our selection meant that we would have to wait for the arrival of a vehicle directly from Japan, and were given a Vehicle Identification Number of the specific car, expecting it to arrive at the very end of the month. All told, we spent about three hours at the dealership on our first visit. Again, the experience took a turn for the better. We were contacted a week earlier than expected with the news that a different CRV with the chosen colors had arrived, and that we could pick it up earlier than expected. We were quite happy to do so, and went to the dealership the next day. It was impressive to see the new car with 6 miles on the odometer, a full tank of gas, and prepped and ready for our pick-up. At this point, we proceeded to the Business Manager, Greg Maslowski, to take care of all of the paperwork and to learn of the options available. He too was very well-versed with all the options and handled our many questions with ease, knowledge, and a sense of humor (which we appreciate). We actually did decide on one option, and are happy that we did so as I write this several weeks later. This second visit also took about three hours total and things moved along promptly. My wife and I have nothing but praise for Mr. Kadmiri, Mr. Azmi, and Mr. Maslowski. They know their jobs, they were efficient, helpful and supportive throughout the process. Since we left the dealership with our new car, I have received follow-up calls from both Mr. Kadmiri and Mr. Maslowski, and all details and requests have been taken care of. To summarize, I give the three gentlemen and Honda of Tysons my highest praise. Of course, I'd like to have paid even less, but I'm satisfied with our experience and our purchase. I have already recommended them to others. More
We have visited several Honda dealerships and were skeptical of visiting any others until Mary from who we had been dealing through internet sales said that there would be no sales pressure. After a few email exchanges we decided to bite and made an appointment, which we were then assigned to Mohamed Ameyar. We came in on a late December morning expecting the usual sales tactics and pressuring at the end, but were pleasantly surprised that it was so laid back. Mohamed worked with us on getting us the model and color of the 2012 CRV that we wanted and about a few weeks later was able to trade another dealership for the color we wanted. Only problem is we had some issues with finding a rational insurance company at the time and needed to wait a few weeks before making the purchase. We asked if they could hold it for us for an additional two weeks, and they came through. After the two weeks of holding it, we came in and purchased the vehicle. The paperwork process went very smooth and quickly and was above my expectations. I must say that overall experience at Honda of Tyson's Corner was fantastic and would recommend the dealership to anyone who is searching for a new or used car. If you have a choice of sales consultant, I would certainly go with Mohamed Ameyar, he is very knowledgeable, helpful, honest, kind, and easy to work with. More

And, after visiting other dealers prior to Honda of Tyson’s Corner, I ultimately ended up buying here because of their superb level of service. I was treated throughout my experience with Honda of Tyson’s Corner positively. I first contacted the dealer after receiving an email advertisement. The contact I passed emails with, Mary Gerety, was pleasant and followed up thoroughly without being excessive. My salesperson at the dealership was Mohamed Ameyar (“Mo”) and I sincerely believe that he went out of his way to make my purchase experience a pleasant one. I had entered the market interested in Kia Souls. However, the comfortable environment at Honda of Tyson’s Corner, Mo’s calm demeanor, and my enjoyment of the Honda Fit during a test drive swayed me dramatically. After the sale, Mo was generous enough to provide me a ride back to the dealership after dropping off the rental vehicle I had driven to the dealership back at my residence. The entire process resulted in our return to Honda of Tyson’s Corner late in the evening, yet Mo never rushed the process. He was thorough and explained to me the details of my new Fit. I would highly recommend to all potential Honda customers working with Mo if possible. Everything about the buying experience at Honda of Tyson’s Corner was excellent. I was comfortable with the price provided upfront, and the financing process was simple. I never felt pressured, and Mo was as helpful as I could have wanted. An outstanding experience. More
I had a car accident and my car was totaled. It was my first and my car was my baby, so needless to say my family and I were all shaken up, and it left me miserable my entire winter break. We searched around and we came across the wonderful Mohamed Ameyar at Honda of Tysons Corner. We knew we loved everything about him and the cars here, but because our insurance hadn't sent us a check we decided to keep looking until they did and decided that because another Honda dealer was closer we'd go there. BIG MISTAKE!! We came across a horrible experience with this one salesperson. Then we remembered how much we enjoyed Mohamed and the experience he gave us at Honda of Tysons. I started shopping for a car about two days ago. When I stopped by Honda of Tyson's to look at their cars, around noon, I was very impressed by the service and the worm welcome i received. Amine was very considerate, very knowledgeable, and very friendly in explaining all the features of the Honda Accord I was considering. He was ready to answer all my questions and gave me a quick demo whenever it was possible. I took his card and left and told him that i will be given him a call. He walked me out and offered to answer any questions I may have over the phone, which i truly appreciate. The Service, and honesty that i got were stock in my mind after i left. For that, i called him about three hours later and told him that i am on my way to buy the car. I get there, and Amine had already sent the car to be prepared, and started all the paper work to speed the process which was amazing! I am a happy Honda accord 2012 owner now and this is the second time i buy a Honda from Honda of Tyson's. With the kind of service and friendliness i received, I really doubt buying a Honda from any where else.
