Apalling behavior. I have been frequenting your shop for 10 years. My wife was waiting to be picked up after the car was serviced. Honda of Tysons Corner is a superb dealership. They have the best customer service of any car dealership I've encountered. In popular culture, car dealerships are often characterized as trying to sell you t the best customer service of any car dealership I've encountered. In popular culture, car dealerships are often characterized as trying to sell you things you don't need and possessing a manipulative disposition. This dealership was not even remotely close to that kind of behavior. As my vehicle was arriving from another location, they provided me periodic updates on its location, which was very nice. When my car arrived at the dealership, they picked me up elsewhere and drove me to the dealership. The price they offered for the vehicle I purchased was without doubt the best compared to several other regional competitors. I interacted with Mike Walker, Mary Gerrety, Eric Bauer, and Ardian Kadriu and found them to represent the ideal of what car dealership employees should be. I would definitely recommend this dealership to others who are considering purchasing a Honda. More

Absolutely fantastic service. Mr. Ameyar went over every detail of the car and explained how to use all system equipment. He was very knowledgeable and patiently answered all questions. I never felt pressu detail of the car and explained how to use all system equipment. He was very knowledgeable and patiently answered all questions. I never felt pressured. The dealership also accepted my 9 year old car w/ 215,000 miles as a trade in. Also important to me is respect and Mo was the consumate gentleman, a quality valued by an "old school" person like myself. Although I did not deal with the other salespeople concerning my sale, they were all very friendly and courteous. Also want to give a shout out to Mohammed Jabir of the Service Dept.'s Gold Team. Hands down terrific experience. Highly recommend Honda of Tysons Corner. More

After numerous months of research and dealing with relentless sales people at other dealerships, I came across the vehicle I had been looking for. I was initially hesitant to deal with Honda based on relentless sales people at other dealerships, I came across the vehicle I had been looking for. I was initially hesitant to deal with Honda based on previous experiences at another location. Yet, the vehicle was reasonably priced and in great condition. So, I took a chance and went to Honda of Tysons Corner. The BEST decision I made and the best car purchasing experience I have encountered. From the time I entered the door I was greeted by the used car sales manager and was introduced to Shabir Baba who was courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. Initially, Shabir allowed me to test drive the vehicle and answered all of my questions. Once the test drive was complete, I was able to take the vehicle to my mechanic so he could inspect it. Upon return I decided to purchase the vehicle and the process was very pleasant. Shabir, along with the manager, worked with me and we quickly came to an agreement within minutes. Once the purchase price was finalized I was transferred to the Finance Manager Allen Kim who was able to begin the loan process. Unfortunately, their computer systems went down during our process and Honda of Tyson's offered me to take the vehicle home until we could complete the transaction the following day. He was able complete the process over the phone with me until I could return. Finally, the process was very easy, haggle free, and pleasant. The staff is very friendly and demonstrated a true concern for their customers. I enjoyed the warmth shown by all staff including the salesperson that greeted me at the door the following day and knew who I was. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and appreciate everyone’s help at Honda. More
Not realizing my lease was about to expire sooner than I thought, I rushed over to Honda of Tyson's corner the day before my car had to be turned in to get the ball rolling on the getting a new car. Mohamm thought, I rushed over to Honda of Tyson's corner the day before my car had to be turned in to get the ball rolling on the getting a new car. Mohammed was fantastic: he did a quick inspection of my car, explained the new features of my new car, and started the paperwork so I could get in and out of there the next day in as little time as possible. He was patient, courteous, considerate and extremely helpful in taking care of the smallest details (for example, removing my county sticker from my old car and giving me information about the new car so I could call my insurance company and roll over the coverage.) But the best part was even though there were some minor scrapes on the old car which I thought I'd be responsible for, Mohammed assured me I didn't have to worry about it since I was a valued customer and because of my good credit -- which earned me an even better lease rate in the new car! Honda of Tyson's has always taken care of me over the past 3 years and with salesmen like Mohammed, I think I'll stick around for years to come. More

RECENTLY PURCHASED A CAMRY FROM TYSONS CONERS. THEY TOLD ME THEY WERE TAKING THE CAR OFF THE LOT AND CHARGING ME 2500 DOLLARS DEPOSIT TO MY CREDITS CARD AND THEY WOULD PICK ME UP AT IAD AIRPORT ANYTIME TO F ME THEY WERE TAKING THE CAR OFF THE LOT AND CHARGING ME 2500 DOLLARS DEPOSIT TO MY CREDITS CARD AND THEY WOULD PICK ME UP AT IAD AIRPORT ANYTIME TO FIND OUT THE NEXT DAY AFTER I PURCHASED A $300+ PLANE TICKET THAT THEY SOULD THE CAR AFTER THEY TOLD ME THEY TOOK IT OFF THE LOT.
