On 6/22/23 I made an inquiry on cars. com about a 2020 Honda Accord. Miguel Santos was the the salesman that contacted me. I explained to him that I was interested in the vehicle but I was com about a 2020 Honda Accord. Miguel Santos was the the salesman that contacted me. I explained to him that I was interested in the vehicle but I was 250+ miles from the dealership. I asked him if he could check the vehicle out for me for scratches, dents, odors in the interior from smoking. He said he would and sent me a video. The video was taken and it was slightly misting. He said the car had no scratches, dents, stains or odors. We agreed on a price and financing terms. So after working all night on 6/23/23, I got off work on 6/24/23 in the morning and made the 250+ mile drive up to the dealership. I wasn’t at the dealership long to say the least. I walked in and Miguel walked me to the car. I was IMMEDIATELY beyond pissed when I saw the vehicle. I am not exaggerating when I tell you there was not 1 body panel that did not have deep scratches on it. On the roof of the car it had deep scratches through the clear coat and paint all the way down the metal. I asked him “did I not ask you to look the car over for scratches”. He replied “it was dark”. It was not dark when he took the video, it was overcast and misty. Ray Charles himself could’ve seen the scratches, especially on the roof of the vehicle. Well then the manager came out and looked at the car, he said he would get his detail guy out to the vehicle because those scratches would buff out. I called BS on that. I’ve done detailing on vehicles and trust me, those scratches would not buff out, in my experience over 75% of the car would’ve needed to be repainted. I’ve never seen a car in all my years as scratched up as that car. The manager then said he had a few more used 2020 honda accords. They went inside and I saw another used accord while I was waiting and walked over to it and it was scratched all up to. To be 100% honest I should’ve left immediately but I didn’t. Miguel came out and said they had another 2 accords they wanted to show me. One with 26k miles and one with 40k+ mikes on it. I told him I didn’t want to see the 40K mile one but show me the 26k mile one. Upon checking out the 26k mile accord it too had deep scratches on it as well, not as bad as the first one but still bad. I immediately left and started my ride home. On a personal note….Miguel, from the bottom of my heart I truly appreciate you wasting 10+ hours of my weekend. To the manager who I didn’t care enough to get his name, how in the world do you expect people to pay twenty thousand plus dollars on vehicles that got into a fight with a sandpaper factory? More

Also if you happen to get a salesperson who quits or no longer works there, they will continue to pass the buck and make excuses on why they haven’t communicated or got anything done. The finance manager lied completely about an add on expense, called armor shield(smart shield )- you don’t have to add it. it’s from a third party company and completely impossible to get a hold of. You will not benefit from it as the try to sell to you. When I confronted the finance manager about this add on he was aggressive with my sales person saying she should of explained it to me. She looked scared and confused when I said I didn’t need it he said it was a service that I would be able to use for the duration of my payments to clean the interior and for the exterior sap bird poop etc. BUT ITS A THIRD PARTY COMPANY THEY HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH AND THEY WILL NOT MAKE SURE THOSE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED. Do not allow them to add this to your cars price. More
Poor customer service from the sales and finance team. They sell you warranties, claim you can get full refund, and then take money from you. I had been corresponding with you via email regarding the lease of a new Odyssey, and we had agreed on a deal that I was satisfied with. However, upon arriving at the dealership to complete the transaction, I was informed that the deal had been changed and that I would not be receiving the terms that had been agreed upon in our email exchange. This behavior is completely unacceptable and unethical. As a customer, I placed my trust in your dealership and the sales representative, Jorge Rivera Sales Consultant, I was working with, and I feel that this trust was betrayed. I had made plans based on the agreed upon deal and wasted my time and resources to come to the dealership, only to be told that the terms had been changed without my consent. I expect a fair and honest transaction when dealing with any business, especially one as reputable as yours. Reneging on a deal that was previously agreed upon in writing is simply not acceptable, and it has left me with a negative impression of your dealership. I urge you to take this matter seriously and take steps to ensure that this type of behavior does not occur again in the future. This is an update of a review I wrote on Feb 19 regarding a lease to buy transaction. Following several discussions with the dealership (Mr. Chadad, Mr. Mehta, and Mr. Nickles were most helpful) Ourisman ref a lease to buy transaction. Following several discussions with the dealership (Mr. Chadad, Mr. Mehta, and Mr. Nickles were most helpful) Ourisman refunded the $1,000 Dealer Fee and the $899 Processing Fee. Because my son received the entire amount in dispute, I have changed my rating from one star to three. They took the appropriate action. Nevertheless, I would recommend that anyone planning to lease a vehicle from Ourisman or any other dealership insist that all fees be specified, including estimated dollar amounts, in the lease contract if one opts to purchase the vehicle. Federal Consumer Leasing Regulations are available to review at Code of Federal Regulations, Title 12 Part 1013. Check Section 1013.4 in Supplement I to Part 1013 for specific disclosure requirements. More

They were professional, knowledgeable, patient, and dedicated to making my out of state purchase go smoothly! I live in Ohio and was searching nationally for a used Honda CR-Z EX with M/T which are rare and not easy to find. Sai and Ramtin put me at ease with making the purchase, “sight unseen”. The listing was only a day old and there were only a few photos posted but Ramtin sent me numerous photos and a video of the car’s interior and exterior. They kept me informed on the car’s progress through being serviced and prepared and then worked with my credit union in Ohio to complete the transaction. I used an auto transport company and Ramtin personally made sure my car made it onto the carrier and let me know when it was on its way. It was delivered to me in great condition and I greatly appreciate the excellent customer service provided by Ramtin and Sai throughout the process. I recently retired after 20 years in the car business and know how much extra work is involved in completing an out of state transaction. I give them my highest recommendation! More
Be careful when leasing. If you are leasing a vehicle with the intent to purchase at the end of the lease, the contract states that you can purchase it for x dollars "plus an If you are leasing a vehicle with the intent to purchase at the end of the lease, the contract states that you can purchase it for x dollars "plus any required taxes and fees." (language when my son leased a Civic in 2019) When my son went to purchase the car in Sept. 2022, in addition to such expected taxes/fees as Registration and Title, Ourisman added on a Dealer's Fee of $1,000 (per the sales person; it was not stated explicitly in the final Buyers Order) and a processing fee of $899 (a documentation/preparation/service fee of $699 had already been charged at the time of the lease). Lengthy discussions objecting to these fees with the sales person were fruitless. A certified letter sent to the President of Ourisman complaining about these charges and requesting reimbursement was never answered. The Fairfax Better Business Bureau also contacted Ourisman, which is not a member, and got no response. In sum, if you plan to lease, insist that Ourisman specify or estimate the additional fees so you have a good idea of what the lease purchase price will actually be. More
Worst dealership ever. I recently moved to Virginia and it’s my first time getting inspection. I had no idea that Amber housing or amber lights required in Virginia. They first told me that we are going to fail your inspection. Service advisor Victor. I said, why? Because of the law. They did not show me which statue law they are talking about. I just changed the housing of the side markers. The inspection service said, Good luck next time. Just give me my car and I want freakin leave. Took like 15 minutes to get the xxxx out of there.That pissed me off. EVEN IF YOU BANNED ME FROM ENTERING YOUR PROPERTY.. I’m never coming back there again. Unprofessional In the beginning, they told me that they are not going to be rejection sticker but I found out that they are going to be rejection sticker for inspection.
