The entire sales team was fantastic. I was shopping for an Odyssey EX-L via internet negotiations. I was dealing with 4 different dealerships which as anyone knows can be very hectic. Mary was a true professional. She has honest with me-to a fault. Eventhough I went with the other dealership due to a better price, Mary gave me assistance in negotiating well with that dealership. No follow up after purchase, not a pleasant experience at all. All they do is apologize after cutting a bad deal. Quality of work: Very poor. Adjusting prices and changing it. Not calculating taxes correctly, unnecessary proc fee variations. Friendliness: The manager literally showed me the door. What more, he was yelling at the sales guy in front of us. Over all experience: Very poor. Wanted a hassle free and pleasant experience of buying the car. Price: Not a great offer at all. March 23rd, 2013. I go in for a test drive and get an initial quote on the car. Was offered a $20,900 as the sale price. March 29th, 2013. Decided to buy the car, and the manager has raised the price by $1000. Says, he cannot believe that I was given a lower price, wanted a written proof!!! After much haggling and heated words, he agreed to offer $20,900. I negotiated and he adds more proc fee and tag fee!! This is unacceptable. He was just lowering sale price and increasing tags and proc fee. Absurd. Also, he offered an apr which was not in sync with the finance department. It was 1.2% more!! Be honest with your customers. The bluetooth module on the car is not working properly. There has been no follow up after a week. Dreading the after sales service. More
We just purchased our second Honda car from Honda of Tyson Corner. We again had excellent experience with their sales team, in particular manager Mike Walker and Tahir Rana. Our sales rep, Mohamed Ameyar, was highly professional in addressing our interests and questions. He presentation of options for the car we were interested in was informative and thorough. This was my first time ever having to buy a car through a dealership. After having to search for weeks, I almost gave up. Trying to fit in my budget and getting a reliable car was extremely difficult. I know someone who had purchased a car through this dealership and they were fabulous! They treated me so nice when I was just with her to buy her car. I had called and left a message about a car I had seen online, and the general manager called me back within the hour and helped get the car in my budget and was so nice and polite on the phone. He said he'd have it ready for me to look at and I was there in an hour and someone was ready to meet with me. They went over everything, went over all my questions, and even said they'd get it cleaned for me and replaced some little things on the car. First of all , I am buying it used, and under those conditions I don't think they had to do all that extra work for me, but they did free of charge. When I went to go get the car, it was like new, and had even told me I'd get a free full tank of gas. Every worker there was so personable and friendly. I love them! I did not want to have to deal with all the other places I visited that kept being so pushy. They weren't like that at all. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used car. I couldn't have been happier with my experience. Definitely go to them! FANTASTIC SERVICE. More
I cannot say enough about Honda of Tysons Corner (and I tend to be a very demanding customer). I had been taking my Honda there for service for years, after they took very good care of me when I first mov tend to be a very demanding customer). I had been taking my Honda there for service for years, after they took very good care of me when I first moved to the area- mounting the license plate with no charge, no fuss, making minor repairs free of charge, etc. When I decided to buy a new Honda, I contacted a few dealerships just to cover my bases. I should not have been surprised that Honda of Tysons Corner quickly came out on top in terms of responsiveness, service, and offers. Mike Walker, the General Manager, contacted me after I requested a quote, and he could not have been more helpful. He patiently answered all my questions and worked with me over time to get me the new Honda I really wanted. In the end, the price was outstanding and more than fair. There were no gimmicks, no bait and switch, none of the stereotypical car dealership shenanigans. Thanks to Mike, and Amine- who actually worked through the sales process with me- the purchase was a breeze. Amine was so personable and so helpful. He really went above and beyond. In fact, when I returned to have an after market item added, he went out of his way to make sure it was taken care of very very quickly, being very considerate of my schedule. Then, not two months after I had bought my new Honda, a family member had her car totaled. We called up Mike, and before we knew it, she had a great quote on a used car. It was incredible just how easy it was to find a great used car at a great price there. Again, when it actually came to buying the car, Amine stepped up. He was just great, and went out of his way to make sure we were happy- even helping me out on an unrelated non-car matter we happened to be chatting about. Mr.Ameyar and Mr.Choi were very fine people to deal with. They answered all my questions with patience and were also helpful in making a good choice. However I had to briefly talk to Mr.Khalil Azmi when Choi was not available. I had some unpleasant experience with him especially when he told me that the car i had booked has been sold off! Eventually I spoke to Choi and he said that the car was still available. I wish Mr.Azmi had just taken the time to get my details correctly and given the right information which could have saved a great deal of stress. Mr.Russell also did a great job. I guess I went ahead with the purchase because I was comfortable with Choi and Ameyar. More

The financing service was understaffed, due to illness and vacations I was told, resulting in a total wait of almost 6 hours. This was extremely frustrating. Once we were in the business office, we were met with some attitude regarding our reading of the paperwork - you want me to sign something, I am going to read it. Overall, I had a good experience, and would definitely recommend this dealership (particularly Moe) to someone who can pay in cash and walk out the door. More
