Oil change and tire rotation I visited the dealreship for the first time to service my new 2016 Honda HRV for its first oil change and tyre rotation. On arrival: no body came I visited the dealreship for the first time to service my new 2016 Honda HRV for its first oil change and tyre rotation. On arrival: no body came to me. I waited for a while and I had to go to one of the windows and ask for help. I went with appointment and was told that told it may take 2 to 3 hrs to complete. In the end I had to wait for 3.5 hrs. And the car was not washed because I was told that if I want the wash I would have waited longer. After all done and I start driving home, I noticed that the tyre pressure indicator is on. I was couriers and stopped by to a nearby autoshop and checked the tyres. The standard for the HRV is 32psi, but the tyres were loaded to 36 and 33 for the rear tyres and 34 and 33 for the front tyres. What a day to spend for just a regular oil change and tyre rotation. Had great service from the used car department:-) Shabir Baba and his manager RORI Brown was excellent. They drove my car back to Maryland for me after purchase so I didn't have to make two trips. You won't go wrong and he will work for you and go that extra mile. Though I did not buy a Honda, I may still buy one, but need to explore other options that fit my needs. I visited this dealership three times while looking and all three he was more than willing to assist in whatever way necessary. We corresponded via email and text. I requested to not receive a phone call and he honored that. Most dealerships, call constantly and try to get you to come in as often as possible. Khalid is very laid back and knew he'd score more points by casually letting me contact him. This is much to my preference and I appreciate that. Khalid knows, should I ultimately decide on a Honda that I will return to his dealership first to make the offer and make it worthwhile for me in returning. Again, Khalid is a great salesperson. Ask for him when you arrive, you won't regret it! More
