Great Service! I brought my vehicle in for its very first service. Tim was prompt for my appointment, very friendly, and took the time to explain everything to me ab I brought my vehicle in for its very first service. Tim was prompt for my appointment, very friendly, and took the time to explain everything to me about how to read the vehicle service codes that alert on the screen. I appreciated when he let me know when I did NOT need services that I was checking for (e.g. winterizing, etc due to the types of fluids and tires the new vehicles come with). He also offered up coupons from their site that I did not look for. The time estimate was accurate and I appreciated his friendliness. I typically do mot go to dealerships for service, and only had because this was the very first service on the vehicle, but after my experience I would very likely return for service with Tim. More

He left a note on my voice mail about two things that were coming up that I could have serviced or wait until the next oil change. More

Buying a new car: A new experience. I remember going to dealerships with my parents and having it be a long day of back and forth until everyone was exhausted and no one was satisfied. I I remember going to dealerships with my parents and having it be a long day of back and forth until everyone was exhausted and no one was satisfied. I have bought two used cars before and even then, there was a dreading back and forth. When I emailed Honda of Tyson's Corner about one of their new cars, Najeem emailed me with an approximate out-the-door price - with all the taxes and fees so I knew what to expect. It was so refreshing after only getting vague responses from various other dealers! And with their sonic pricing, there was no reason to haggle on the price of the car when all other dealers had the car for $2k more. I got to the dealer a couple hours earlier than I was planning to and Najeem was very accommodating. I got a look over the car and noticed a little scratch and pointed it out. Then we went back inside and I was going to try to haggle down their processing fee which I think is pretty high ($699) but Najeem had PREEMPTIVELY gotten a $200 discount for the scratch I had pointed out. I didn't feel any need to haggle after that. He earned it! Financing office felt a little rushed. I wish I could have time to read over things more carefully but I at least saw all the numbers and if there were penalties for pre-payment before I signed so all good there. They did show me add-on warranty packages but didn't push them too hard to be off-putting. After all the paperwork was done and I was ready to take the car, Najeem couldn't find the second key. I asked if he could mail it to me and he said he will call the next day to say if he found it or not and will mail it if he found it or I'll have to come back to make a replacement if he can't. He called the next day to say he found the second key and mailed it express! I even got a nice thank you card with his phone number in case I get any questions. All in all, I came out with a new car in less than 2 hours in the most painless car-buying process in my life. Thanks! More
