Dealership led me to believe that loud noise was fixed before I purchased a used car from them on the day I drove 2 1/2 hours from Richmond, Va. Sold to me and driving back home noise was present; and next day snow/ice storm in Virginia and before car was 30 days old-I found out from a Lexus dealer who did a full inspection that the noise was still present and caused by bad wheel bearings in back wheel of Lexus RX 350 Sport. Dealership has refused to repair. This is not part of 30 day limited drivetrain warranty and was present during test drive with me, my guest, and salesman who led me to believe in a text to come and get the car as all had been checked out and work done by salesman giving me a fake piece of paper stating from the company's mechanic had done another inspection. No problems! I spoke to mechanic after 3 phone calls to dealership after car was bought; and he stated he did not know I had bought the car; and he had someone else look at car; and he does not do wheel bearing work just inspections but did not do another inspection report after car supposedly re-looked at for noise and steering issues!!! Salesman, finance manager lied to me. I also had to have the same dealership re-do the title and registration as they left off the bank that financed the car nor gave me the dent coverage they sold me!!! Spoke to General Manager and told him this noise was present during test drive !! He kept saying not covered under limited warranty 30 day drive train coverage which I already knew...I am 75 year old female and been driving company cars for over 40 years. I know when I hear a loud noise and steering wheel will not turn there is an issue! They also tried to get me to sign the paper stating I approved the inspection report which I did not after test drive and get me to buy knowing I had heard this noise as well as passenger and salesman who jumped when noise heard and steering wheel would not turn after starting up from stop sign on test drive. After test drive the ( finance manager ) kept trying for me to get loan with them even after I told them I was financing with my bank and trying to push the extended warranty cost down my throat! This vehicle was bought by them from a local Lexus dealership who had kept up with all repairs, maintenance as it was a leased vehicle with one person and I had car fax to prove it, provided by them; I and I had a witness to the test drive and noise heard and steering issues as well as was present during tech's phone call to me and present when car was purchased thinking all was taken care of ! I traded in my Jeep Wrangler with Honda, and I had a very bad experience. I felt betrayed during the process. When I checked my credit score, it was 745. However, they told me my APR was 11%, which seemed very high. I asked the representative, Rashad, several times what my APR was, but he never gave me a clear answer and kept changing the subject. I felt uncomfortable, like I was bothering him. Even my daughter told me to stop asking questions because something didn’t seem right. I originally intended to pay the $13,000 in cash. However, Rashad rejected that option and pressured me into getting a loan through his institution, which felt like it was done for his own benefit rather than mine. Additionally, extra items were added to the car without my clear understanding. The total price was supposed to be $13,000, but when I went to make my first payment, I realized the total had increased to $20,000. Based on my experience with Rashad and this dealership, I would strongly advise others to go elsewhere to avoid similar treatment. More

I had a very unprofessional and disappointing experience at Ourisman Honda of Tysons. I found a late-model Honda on Cars.com and was contacted by a sales representative, Juan De Avila. I expressed a strong at Ourisman Honda of Tysons. I found a late-model Honda on Cars.com and was contacted by a sales representative, Juan De Avila. I expressed a strong interest and arranged to see the car with him. When I arrived at noon for my appointment, the dealership couldn’t locate the car. The sales manager assured me he’d find it and drive it to my home later that afternoon — but I never heard back. A few days later, I reached out to Juan again to schedule another viewing. When I finally saw the car, the Used Car Sales Manager, John, explained that the vehicle had been at the body shop for repairs and still needed a small dent fixed. The next day, the car disappeared from Cars.com. When I emailed Juan to ask if it was still available, he said it was so I scheduled to test drive it. Before leaving, I asked again if the car was available and then said it was sold the previous day. The lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism from both sales staff and management was frustrating from start to finish. I would not recommend Ourisman Honda of Tysons to anyone looking for a straightforward, honest car-buying experience. More
Not to be trusted. That wish was born out of a question to him prior to our arrival. I asked him to do a walk around on the car to tell me if there were scratches . He told me there were 2 scratches that would come out when the car was washed. Since that made no sense I asked to speak to the sales manager the next day.I'm sure he learned this and that led to not only to leaving the car dirty--very dirty--but putting handfuls of leaves in the car and placing small dents in several places. This guy is malicious. More

I had my car serviced on 05/08/2025 at Ourisman Honda of Tysons Corner and had a great experience with Mike. He was professional, thorough, and made sure everything was taken care of properly. I’m sharing my experience with Ourisman Honda of Tysons Corner to caution others about sales and financing services. When working with the salesman Renchinnorov Tuvshinbat, we explicitly discussed and agre Corner to caution others about sales and financing services. When working with the salesman Renchinnorov Tuvshinbat, we explicitly discussed and agreed on a price with no fidelity fees or extra charges. However, during the financing process, Luis Fuentes added two fidelity fees—one for $3,995 and another for $1,699—without informing us. When I requested the contract papers, I was told my email was incorrect despite multiple attempts to correct it in person and over the phone. Calls were often unanswered, and when transferred to Renchin or Luis, the calls were hung up. After 21 days, I discovered the unauthorized charges and reached out to Luis Fuentes, who claimed cancellation was not possible after six months, citing contract terms. However, upon reviewing the documents, I found no such stipulation. When I requested cancellation, Luis said he would send a form for me to complete and return for his signature. Despite following up, I have yet to receive a signed form or any resolution. To make matters worse, I began receiving letters from banks rejecting the credit, stating that the car was overpriced. Overall, this experience has left me questioning the trustworthiness and reliability of the service at this dealership. More
