I was very pleased with the responsive and kind staff at the Ourisman Honda of Tyson's Corner. I was immediately met at the front door by Badye Ladhari. This dealership is the worst one I've ever seen and experienced before. On May 26th I bought a 2018 Honda Civic from Ourisman Honda of Tyson's Corner. At first they're acting nice and leaving good impr experienced before. On May 26th I bought a 2018 Honda Civic from Ourisman Honda of Tyson's Corner. At first they're acting nice and leaving good impression on the customers but when the purchase aggrement is done they're ignoring the issues what were present when I purchased the car. When I did test drive I feel there is a weird noise even though I was driving around 30-40 mph. So, I ask them what can be the reason for this weird noise even I ask them tires look brand new do you think it can be the reason and they said yes, probabaly that's the reason. But after driving for a week the noise was getting worse so on last Saturday I went to my mechanic for checking. Mechanic told me front tires and wheel bearings should be change in order to solve the problem. Right after I've headed to dealership to show them this is the problem and I want you to fix this problem. At first when they took the car for test driving insistedly ignored the noise which I was clearly heard that. So, they suggested me to bring the car on this Monday for checking. Yesterday, on June 3rd (Monday) I've took the car to the service although I've waited for 3-4 hours in the waiting lobby at the end of the day they told me we couldn't finish it and we're waiting for the part and also they ask me again to bring the car tomorrow on June 4th(Tuesday). So, today (June 4th) they took the car inside and around 3-4 hours they told me your car is ready but we only fixed front right wheel bearing because our technician doesn't see anything wrong on the left front side. So, I took the car while going back to home I heard the exactly same sound, don't know they're mocking with the people or don't want to provide service which I paid for it. Yesterday on June 7th 2024 I've talked with one of manager he literally said that we don't care if you believe in us or count on us at the time of sale (at the time of sale, I asked for the noise coming from front tires and they told me bc tires are new and it'll gone by the time) we don't want to fix the problem. Long story in short, I definitely wouldn't suggest this dealership to anyone. What a scammer! More
The first time at Ourisman, the service advisor kept trying to sell me additional services (i.e. fuel injector service). The second time, the service advisor didn't try to sell me anything additional a trying to sell me additional services (i.e. fuel injector service). The second time, the service advisor didn't try to sell me anything additional and was very professional but the service itself was disappointing. My car reeked like a mechanics shop when I got into it. The smell didn't go away for the entire 20-minute drive home. My husband told me he saw an oil spot where I usually parked. So, I opened the hood and saw, to my disbelief, that the service technician failed to replace my oil cap! Oil spilled all over my engine compartment! It makes me wonder if they replaced all of the bolts to my oil pan but I can't easily check that! More

I worked in the business world for 50 years and have never dealt with the incompetent people Tyson Corner dealership. I would not have had any of your employees I have dealt with working for me for 8 ho never dealt with the incompetent people Tyson Corner dealership. I would not have had any of your employees I have dealt with working for me for 8 hours. They NEVER answer their phones and NEVER return messages. They tell you things that are not true, they tell you they will take care of the problem and they don't, when I finally talk to someone they say they will get back to me and they never do. I purchased a car January 25 and still don't have the title, registration or plate. I called many times to get an updated temporary tag in Feb. and finally got it. I called many times last week to get another one as the one I have expired today. I was told on Friday by Austin Chamness he took care of it and I would be getting it. After many calls and emails today because I haven't gotten it I have received NO calls or emails back. The car is now parked in the garage where it has to stay until someone sends me a temporary tag. I have sent the BBB and your AG complaints. The only good employee you have there is Hossein Shahidi. More

The staff (John Pelaez & Zach in Sales) were incredibly Patient, Knowledgeable, Charisma Tysons Dealership, and I’m extremely happy with my purchase! The staff (John Pelaez & Zach in Sales) were incredibly Patient, Knowledgeable, Charismatic, Quick-witted, Passionate, Informative and ABOVE ALL… Helpful. Both displayed strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills. They were able to help me find a vehicle that met ALL of my needs within my budget. The car itself is safe and reliable and has all of the features that I was looking for. I’ve been driving it for a few weeks now and haven’t had any issues. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Ourisman Honda of Tysons Corner Dealership for anyone in the market for a new car. 10/10 definitely recommend!!! More

The finance manager financed us through a very poorly rated FCU after telling us our financing would be through Truist bank which I was okay with. I would have taken a higher rate to go with a more well reviewed loaner and was under the impression my loan was through Truist. More
Overly frustrating buying experience. Like most people, I knew the car that I wanted and already secured financing. The salesman was redirecting me to look at different cars. And, when I said my bank was closed (since they had me waiting even with an appointment), then threatened to sale the car if they weren't able to run my credit (I had a check already). The salesman manager was aggressive and not customer focused at all. I got the car that I wanted but also left having the worst buying experience of my life. Bad day! More
