This was the worst experience I’ve ever had since buying my car in 2019. I don’t get my car service no we’re else but the dealership in Laurel. I had my tires rotated in April 2023 the tech took the part th my car in 2019. I don’t get my car service no we’re else but the dealership in Laurel. I had my tires rotated in April 2023 the tech took the part they needed to take my tires and never returned it back to me. So today I was given the worst treatment by the tech, service and the head boss. I will never return. I left there in tears I was so mad. More

Customer service was ok. However I did return back to dealership within 20 minutes from getting my Honda Pilot back from service and a recall about idle issue. My Pilot now d However I did return back to dealership within 20 minutes from getting my Honda Pilot back from service and a recall about idle issue. My Pilot now does not turn off and on now after being told that issue was resolved. When I return back another service personal state that it is two part process that if that what they did don’t work I will have to bring truck back and they keep it for several days because they would have to do something with the engine. If that’s facts or not I felt that should have been noted in my repair work so when I bring it back that will be part of the history of the issue that I brought vehicle back for. So looking forward to when I return back from out of town and bring truck in that they will be no problem with helping me getting issue resolved. Now the service rep that initially handle me wasn’t agin the one help when I return back I believe his name is Chris spelling maybe be wrong don’t have my copy in front of me when I paid to make sure name is correct. I do feel he took care and answered all my questions but thing that second step with putting information that customer returned with idling issue should have been put in ticket information for future reference. More
