Service was outstanding along with customer service! I have been going to Ourisman Honda of Laurel now for over 20 years. I have also bought three vehicles at this location. But customers beware, in the recent months, the finance place has gone to a new system where they charge you a percentage for using a credit card....this is absurd! Who has hundreds or sometimes thousands of dollars to pay for a service on a vehicle? The majority of folks don't have the cash available so they use credit to pay. Luckily, I have had the funds to pay with a debit card in my recent two visits. Thinking about it very hard if I need to take my two vehicles to another Honda dealer...maybe Glenn Burnie, MD due to this reason. Other that that, the place is outstanding. More
