My most recent experience with Ourisman Honda of Laurel was terrible. I presented the Service Clerk with my Oil Change and Tire Rotation coupon and requested blades replaced. The service technician bro was terrible. I presented the Service Clerk with my Oil Change and Tire Rotation coupon and requested blades replaced. The service technician broke the clips on my outsourced hubcaps and refused to put them back on. My total was $116.00 after I provided the coupon so I asked for a discount for the breakage of my hubcap clips in which, I was discounted $30. The wiper blades were never replaced but, I was being charged for them prior to the $30 discount. The experience I received when I purchased my vehicle was 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 but today, I give Ourisnan Honda of Laurel a 🌟. More
