Bait & Switch is the tactic used at this dealership. I had used Carfax to find a few different used cars and setup the appt. The sales rep did not take the time to understand my needs and immediately trie had used Carfax to find a few different used cars and setup the appt. The sales rep did not take the time to understand my needs and immediately tried to up sell me to a new car. As we discussed the actual used car I wanted, she explained their "service fee". The service fee is basically their costs to get the vehicle ready to sell (cleaned, tires, oil change, etc). Every other dealer includes this in the full cost. This one tries to be sneaky and hide it. They give not only car salespeople but all salespeople a bad name. More
