Mechanic’s work seems fine but the front service reception is a group of guys who are unprofessional. Everything they say is a diversion. Nothing is true. They say they will call, no call. They say they will come get you from the waiting area, nope didn’t do that either. Not to mention the drop off envelope with all my information was ignored and the service paperwork was in my husband’s name. The service department diagnosed and honored a manufacturer’s extended warranty on a failed AC condenser. The shuttle service was very convenient and made my day more comfortable since service too manufacturer’s extended warranty on a failed AC condenser. The shuttle service was very convenient and made my day more comfortable since service took a bit longer than the original estimate. Mileage on my vehicle was recorded at a much higher number than what the odometer showed (388,880 vs 38,888) and couldn’t be fixed during checkout because the transaction was closed. I’m not happy about this mileage discrepancy appearing on future car history reports, but am happy with the work done. More
