You won’t like what I have to say about this dealerships service department. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone who wants repairs done quickly. A huge shoutout to Bre, who stayed consistent, supportive, and professional throughout the entire process, even when I ran into a few roadblocks. She always followed up promptly and worked hard to make sure I received the most competitive offer. I also want to thank the manager on staff for stepping in and working with me, as well as the finance department, who I know I probably gave a bit of stress—but in the end, they secured me a great monthly rate that fit my budget. After having a bad experience with a previous dealership, I came in a little hesitant, but this team completely restored my faith in Honda. I’ll absolutely be returning here when it’s time for my next upgrade! More
