Trustworthy and quick I totally trust Chris Drennan from Shockley Honda to have my car fixed with what is needed and nothing more! Service needs some work Great mechanical service, they replaced my battery which was under warranty since it was low and would be sketchy int he winter. The detialing was second rate missing handle bar surfaces and comparment surfaces. The timing was horrible almost making me late to pick up my Daughter at day care. I left the car at 8 am for an oil change and a basic detail. asked for completion by 4pm. By 4:30 I had to get a ride to sjop and track down my car to not miss pickup at 5 pm. More

Awesome Customer Service! I visited Shockley Honda knowing exactly what I wanted: a 2015 Honda CR-V. I had done my research on the CR-V and knew exactly what trim I was interes I visited Shockley Honda knowing exactly what I wanted: a 2015 Honda CR-V. I had done my research on the CR-V and knew exactly what trim I was interested in and the price I was looking to pay. As soon as we walked in the door, we were greeted by Dante. He was super helpful and thorough in his explanations throughout the whole process. When the time came to discuss price, Dante and management were very accommodating in meeting me at the price I suggested and was willing to pay! They were also very accommodating with warranty pricing when I was initially uninterested in purchasing an extended warranty. Though I did not purchase a service plan from them (mainly because I use an independent mechanic at home in VA), I would most definitely give Shockley Honda my business again in some way! The entire staff made it an overall pleasant experience. More
