Hands down Shockley is the best Honda dealership in the DMV. I've bought many Hondas from this dealership (all from Charlie) and the process has always been easy and a great experience. After going to a different dealership recently (only due to the current market conditions and vehicles available) and having the complete opposite experience, I am now confident I will not purchase another Honda from any other dealership.
