Richard was truely a pleasure to work with in buying the car. This is the second vehcile we bought from him in two years. They told me exactly the deal that was there bottom-line, they arranged for the dealer manager to confirm that I would get exactly what I needed, and then turned me over to Jim Walker who developed a payment term that was manageable for me. I also appreciated Tony Ramazani who introduced himself to me and offered any assistance I needed as post-purchase support. VERY nice guy!
