Ourisman has the horrendous practice of advertising cars for sale that they don’t actually have available. They lure you in with a car they think you want and then as soon as you come in they say, “oh, I’m for sale that they don’t actually have available. They lure you in with a car they think you want and then as soon as you come in they say, “oh, I’m so sorry, that car just sold, but… we have something else for you”. This happened to me at Ourisman Honda in Bethesda yesterday and Ourisman Chevrolet in Clarksville two months ago. And guess what, the Car at Ourisman Honda in Bethesda is still available for sale on their website today. And to make matters even worse, I travelled an hour to get to Bethesda to meet with Ito and when she gave me the “bad” news, I immediately called her out and we headed for the door. She grabbed her phone and followed us out into the parking lot. I was fearful of what she might do. She got her manager, Sergio on the phone and then started knocking on my window. I had to get out of there fast. They are a fraud. Avoid at all costs. More
