I have been working with Cleo as my salesperson for close to 8 years now. She is the only one I trust to get it right. I decided I really did not need that option and ordered the vehicle without it and it was built on Jan 14, 2021 and delivered to the dealership before the end of January 2021. I was seriously thinking of adding a hard Tonneau cover plus some other add on's and they were put on by David, the service manager, and his team. Everything looked great plus a great price that would have been well over the cost of installing a BakFlip hard Tonneau cover with no warranty at a cost of over $1100. I have been dealing with David in service for over 7 years and never had to return my vehicle for the same problem. Cleo, who used to be located in the new car showroom, moved to Commercial sales but I still use her as she is the "go to person" if you need an ordered vehicle, a vehicle located at another dealer or just one that is on the lot. She goes above and beyond for her customers. Cleo gets it done and is easy to work with! Mickey in Finance made the buying process very easy with no pressure to buy all the extras. If you need a great salesperson ask for Cleo in commercial sales and ask for David in the service department. More

The vehicle that was of interest had seriously bald tires that were cracked and somehow they passed it with their inspection. There we're some bad reviews and I was a little worried, but I must say it was a pleasure working with Battlefield ford of manassas. I had no issues. I did discover there was a repair that needed to be done and Battlefield is making sure it is fixed and paid for on them as well. I was so happy they did that for me. Especially after buying a car you don't expect a big repair bill anytime soon. Again, my experience has been so pleasant. I'd definitely do business with them again! Thank you again Hans & Tex too. Im new to car buying and walked in to buy my first vehicle. Delt with Keith for my sale and hes a great dude. Very friendly to work with not pushy or anything. Then went to my best friend Amato in finance to get that worked out. He told me I was looking at high interest rate for 75 months (odd time frame). Lucky for me Amato is a finance wizard and managed to almost slash that one in half ONLY if I bundled about $6000 worth of ford warranties and maintenance and gap insurance (never once told me that was included) because "the banks like that". Thankfully Amato was too focused on "helping" me that he neglected to get my first and middle names right and misspelled my last name. Thanks for the lesson Amato. P.S. can't state enough how friendly and honest Keith was if there was a question he didn't know he didn't pretend to know the answer and straight looked it up More
