I had left the sunroof open on my wife’s RAV 4 during a recent all night downpour and needless to say, she was not a happy camper. Michael took in the car himself and assured me that his team would take care of everything and I had nothing to worry about. When I returned the following day Michael walked out to the car with me and showed me how it came out. It looked as if it never got rained in. Michael handled my problem in a timely manner with care, concern and empathy. He made my problem disappear and that is the definition of customer service. More
Good action, but some actions seemed strange Good service overall. I continue to have problems where maintenance actions are recommended that are not in the maintenance manual. An "air flow flush Good service overall. I continue to have problems where maintenance actions are recommended that are not in the maintenance manual. An "air flow flushing" is a new one for me. If something is wrong with a part of the car, then I generally approve that. But I have owned Toyotas for a long time, and I don't like out of the blue maintenance recommendations. I have had the brake fluid flushed and the PCV valve replaced. I have never had those actions performed on my Jeep with over 180K miles on it. I have had the PCV valve cleaned replaced on Toyotas, but on no other vehicles. More
New Frame Maurice Allen is the best. He follows-up & communicates so I know what’s happening. A Frane Replacement is obviously major surgery. So far every Maurice Allen is the best.
