I was able to handle all negotiations over email and phone and no funny business when I went to meet in person to make the transaction. Good rate, great service. Samer was a pleasure to work with. phone and no funny business when I went to meet in person to make the transaction. Good rate, great service. Samer was a pleasure to work with. More
Darinda was an exceptional sales person. She gave remarkable customer service. At this point I’m just window-shopping but if I do decide to purchase a Jeep this dealership would definitely get my bus remarkable customer service. My buying experience was fine - I knew exactly what I wanted when I walked in the door. I told them what I wanted, I test drove it and liked it. So then I told them the features that I wanted and they wanted when I walked in the door. I told them what I wanted, I test drove it and liked it. So then I told them the features that I wanted and they found me the car. I paid full sticker - didn't want to haggle - just give me what I want and I'll pay for it. They found the car I wanted - I have VERY good credit, and so I had signed all the paperwork before they even got the car on the lot. Funny how everyone is so friendly until there is a problem. So after I get the car home, and the sales manager - who was so sweet when I was paying full sticker, called to check in and said if I had any problem to give her a call. Well I did have a problem. First I tried to deal with my salesman. After at least 15 "I will call you right backs" (and he never did) I called the sales manager. She could not have been more annoyed that I was bothering her. When I told her that the salesman and not called me back at least 15 times over the last 2 months, she snapped that "he's very busy with customers". At no point EVER was there an "I'm sorry for the trouble." Long story short, we finally figured out there was a feature missing from the car. I looked over the paperwork, and despite them telling me it was on the car, it became clear that it wasn't, and I had not paid for it in the purchase. So, I started the process of ordering the missing feature. The last time I spoke with her, I asked if the dealership was going to share any of the expense considering the runaround for the previous 2 months. She informed me that she spoke to the owner/manager and not only would they not help with any of the expense, but the price quoted to me was $15 too low (on a $600 bill), but since I already had the quote, she guessed there was nothing she could do about it, and that's all I would get. And you have to understand the contempt with which this message was conveyed - you would have thought I was taking food out of her children's mouth. It was really disturbing considering how very friendly she was when I was buying the car - I thought we were going to be best friends. I did send an email to the GM letting him know what I had experienced - just in case she had not really spoken to anyone. I never got a response. But when you're the GM of a dealership of this size has an AOL email - I suppose I should have lowered my expectations even further. (Note that the assistant service manager who was helping me with the car did have an oursman email. The salesman had a yahoo email. And keep in mind these are printed on ourisman business cards.) So I will find another dealership to service both my new Dodge car and the Jeep I already had. And next time, I will read reviews before I choose a dealership. UPDATE: I had the missing component installed at Farrish. The part was the same price at both places. However, it cost $54 for Farrish to install it and Oursman had quoted me over $150 (which recall, they would not absorb any of it because of all the mistakes.) So not only were they not going to step up and do something before of their mistake, they were going to charge me THREE TIMES what is should have cost for the installation. So they officially now went from simply doing business very badly to being theives. This was clearly a ripoff - the installation time should have been uniform for any dealership - and this was obviously a very simple install. It amazes me that business operating like this can stay in business. More
We have been taking our Jeep Wrangler to this dealership for service for almost 2 years ALWAYS doing the recommended service. 45 days ago we had a large service on the brakes and maintenance done on the ve for service for almost 2 years ALWAYS doing the recommended service. 45 days ago we had a large service on the brakes and maintenance done on the vehicle to the amount of $1300.00. The vehicle is driven less than 5 miles a day with the occasional long trip to NJ. Yesterday the front right tire was smoking and in short the vehicle broke down on 95. With the continual maintenance this is not what was expected. We had the vehicle towed to the dealership and were told it was a faulty piston in the right caliper an additional cost of $680 was needed to repair $400 of which was labor. The service department claimed the caliper was good when they checked it 45 days earlier and claimed no fault. They understood our frustration and because we were good customers always doing the maintenance they discounted the price to $559.00. Our service rep was very nice and understanding needless to say though we no longer feel confident in the service and are getting the vehicle towed to highly a recommended Firestone Auto Care center. Where the price to replace rotators, breaks, and both front calipers is 717.00 compared to the discounted $559.00 to replace just the front right caliper from this dealership. I hope this helps someone... I really liked the service rep at Firestone and there policy that if this had happened after they had done the work they would be replacing all at no cost. More
Sam is a new employee and we were unsure that we wanted a T&C but wanted to see the features offered. Sam showed us several models and he knew his stuff. He was courteous and friendly which is a combination T&C but wanted to see the features offered. Sam showed us several models and he knew his stuff. He was courteous and friendly which is a combination not often found at many dealerships. Ourisman has a process that provides comfort in knowing that you are in charge of the purchase process not the other wat around as is often the case. I definetely recommend people seek out Sam at Ourisman in Alexandria. We are completely satisfied with our new Town and Country Limited- it has so many features not offered by its competitors. More

He took really good care of us, got us the best deal, and answered every time I called him with any questions (which was a lot). The Overland is amazing. I've been through a lot of cars in the past few years and this is the happiest I've been. It's absolute luxury for an amazing price. I would recommend this car to anyone. More
