I arrived at scheduled day and time and test drove new vehicle with Gary who was very well prepared on all the info re: 2014 Cherokee TrailHawk. Very nice to meet a salesman who was trained in all the vehicle attributes and options and knew how to explain them to me. This led to negotiations which took about all of two minutes of haggling to close the deal. Everybody I met was extremely polite and very friendly. I was in and out from arrival, test drive, trade-in value of my vehicle, haggle and sign-off in about 2-3 hours which was easily 2 hours less time than the last purchase from another dealer in September of 2013. I went in to buy a brand new dodge dart, mind you I am from Indiana. When I got there after my 11 hour drive, I was quickly greeted by the gentleman that I spoke with on the phone (Samer). The buying process and price negotiation process were both executed smoothly and were very low pressure. They worked with me to get an excellent price with all of the manufacturer warranties and stay within my budget. When I got the vehicle home I noticed a few interior scratches on the gloss black dash and a small scratch on the front bumper.
