I have been to my fair share of Car Dealers I have come to realize that Dodge/Chrysler dealers are by far the best from the sales associate that you first interact with all the way up to the finance managers. My first interaction with Ourisman was when I was looking to trade my 2014 Dodge Avenger SE for a SUV type vehicle like the Dodge Journey. I sent an inquiry online for both my trade and to inquiry about the Dodge Journey. I recieved emails from both C.A. and Roy. When I arrived on May 17, 2015 around 12:45 P.M. I was greeted with a smile from Nevonne. She helped me picked out the right vehicle from start to finish. She let me test drive the Dodge Journey for a little extra time so I could see how it handled on the road. Then I was introduced to Markell Robinson he explained how things would work in order to get into the right vehicle and for the right price. He was right there until I walked away with my new car as I rang the Bell and everyone clapped. So thanks to everyone that ensured we walked out with a new car and stremlined the process. More

She didn't make twenty trips to "see her manager", she dealt with me honestly and professionally. I knew exactly what car and what options I wanted. She didn't try to talk me up to anything more and when I wanted to negotiate a more amicable price, she didn't try to talk me in to something with fewer options. Even though the dealership was closing when I finally took delivery of my car, I never felt like she was rushing to leave. She took the time to go over all of the features of my new car, patiently answered the many questions I had and ensured that I had all of the information I needed before I left even though they had literally turned off the lights and locked the doors to the dealership. This is how the car buying experience SHOULD be! More

I was especially pleased with the Service Department too as they were honest/generous in their time estimate, and had my vehicle serviced, washed, and returned in less time than that. You would think when you're buying a $50k SUV that they'd be more attentive, helpful, and heck respectful but they're far from that. First, their online prices are just ridiculous as its just a combination of every possible discount they could offer lumped into one...which no one in the world could get all of them as most don't even stack if you were eligible. Secondly, I had to wait 4 hours to get a quote on ONE new car...4 hours...I should've just gotten up and left at that point but I was stupid and did not. I could go on and on but if you're looking for an actual good deal, go to Koons up in Vienna as their prices are much better than Ourisman's, much better. P.S. The kicker.. I tried to return the car within the 3 day "guarantee" but found out that its severely limited to certain cars/suvs that have a "specific" code associated with them. More

By the end of the day we were in our brand new Jeep Cherokee driving home. We were browsing to get am idea of the new Jeep models. We really weren't intending to buy right there. But the experience, and the level of customer service at Ourisman CJDR Alexandria was so good that were enticed to stay and make deal for a new vehicle. Bryant took us around the lot and showed us every model we wanted to see. No complaints. No hassles. No pushing to one vehicle vs another. It was all about what we wanted to see. We test drove 3 different vehicles and compared those with the feel of others we didn't drive. Once we were done browsing we didn't want to leave. When we talked to Markel he went right to the point. No haggle. No messing around. Loved that! We talked bottom line pricing and he went to work for us. He took all of 5 minutes to give us what we were looking for to make a deal. No pressure and with as much transparency as you can get from a car dealer. Had it not been for the level of customer service, attention and support we got from the team at Ourisman CJDR Alexandria we would have walked away and gone somewhere else.
