DONT BUY SERVICE CONTRACTS, THEY DONT HONOR THEM I bought a service contract with ourisman jeep when I purchased my new 2015 patriot trail rated, so I drive to the dealership which is 33.7 miles from I bought a service contract with ourisman jeep when I purchased my new 2015 patriot trail rated, so I drive to the dealership which is 33.7 miles from my home one way, I get to the dealership at noon on Nov 11 2015 (which is a holiday) I pull into the service lane, get out and ask the advisor for an oil change (which is already paid for with the service contract!!) and advisor states "sorry cannot do it today I have 35+ people in front of you and our compressor is down, come back tomorrow" Now that would have been no problem if I lived 5-8 miles away but NO I don't, and I didn't hear them even try to fix the situation with "but we can offer you a loaner if you leave it with us today" NOPE didn't hear that. And what drives me insane is that they advertise a NO APPOINTMENT NECCESARY express lube service. Which only takes about 4 hours on any given day!!!! More

Mamo was a great salesperson showed me three different trucks, Markell worked a good deal on my trade-in and selling price, and Omar made the numbers work for my budget. The salesman Hamid was very pleasant and helpful that led to a decision to purchase a vehicle. The sales manger Markell provided an expirence that is usually not seen with sales managers at car dealerships. He provided a hassle free deal that resulted in a quick hand shake and a positive car buying expirence. More

Fantastic customer service I had such a positive experience at Ourisman Jeep of Alexandria. I had been interested in leasing jeep but was unsure of what I wanted. Nevonne was ou I had such a positive experience at Ourisman Jeep of Alexandria. I had been interested in leasing jeep but was unsure of what I wanted. Nevonne was our salesperson and she was absolutely wonderful. The day before, I had stopped in to a Jeep dealership in Tyson's and had such an awful experience that I left there completely turned off by the dealership and unsure about Jeep. Working with Nevonne totally changed my mind. She was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and was able to quickly pinpoint exactly what I was looking for in a car. When it came time to make a decision she was able to find me the perfect car to lease, that met most of my needs/wants and within my budget! Additionally, I worked with Markell (a manager) who eased my mind with the lease and trade-in process. He was able to make sure that this new 2015 Jeep Latitude would fit in my budget and quote me a price that had no hidden fees when I went to sign the paperwork. Their customer service is truly fantastic and I had such a great experience. I would recommend everyone to work with Nevonne when they come to Ourisman. Thank you Nevonne and Markell for helping me make this decision possible! More

Ridiculous Service wait times Never buy a car from Ourisman because they can't service them. This morning, Chris Morrison, the service manager told me that he could'nt look at our Never buy a car from Ourisman because they can't service them. This morning, Chris Morrison, the service manager told me that he could'nt look at our new jeep for 3 weeks. Why would you ever buy a car there if you have to wait 3 weeks to get a brand new car serviced??? More
