2yr old Chrysler 200 with a problem :( two yrs ago I bought a brand new 2014 Chrysler 200; needless to say I am very impressed with its performance and mileage. BUT, around early 2016 when two yrs ago I bought a brand new 2014 Chrysler 200; needless to say I am very impressed with its performance and mileage. BUT, around early 2016 when I backed out of my parking space, I kept hearing what I thought was my brakes squeaking. so, around May of this year, I took it in to be looked at, end result, I had to pay for it. was told I missed a free fix by 12,000 miles and 1 yr. because I wanted my car in top condition, I paid for all 4 rotors to be resurfaced with balancing my tires which costs me $600.00. I'm still having a hard time with the fact that I had to pay for this type of repair so soon. I recently received an email and a phone call wanting to know how I was doing with my vehicle since it is my "anniversary". I emailed them and left a message; nobody returned my call and my car still squeaks on occasion when I back out of my parking space. to my relieve it didn't do it this morning, but Wednesday morning it did and its a constant reminder of the money I wasted on a repair they didn't fix. I just so very disappointed right now :( More
