Consistently shady and overpriced! Terrible and overpriced service that lost my business (again) after having been away from the area for several years. Here's how it happened: Brought Terrible and overpriced service that lost my business (again) after having been away from the area for several years. Here's how it happened: Brought a 04 Rubicon originally purchased at Ourisman to inspect for death wobble and to fix manual shift knob cap rotating out of position; got quoted ridiculous parts prices and labor times and didn't even bother to complete all the repairs. By the way, I'll save you guys the suspense and just tell you Luisa Z. has cost you my business and will certainly cost you others' in the future. 1) Vehicle was dropped off with service rep Luisa Z. on Saturday morning on her estimate that any inspection and repair work would be completed by end of day or Monday, at latest. Fast forward and vehicle was not ready until Wednesday! 2) Steering Damper replaced with original quote of ~$450 which turned out to be $543 ($203 for damper, $270 for labor, $54 for shop supplies + tax). So, check my math on this guys: an OEM Damper is normally under $100, even at $100/hr it doesn't take 2.7hrs of labor to replace a damper, and finally $50 for shop supplies (seriously, hard to say with a straight face). Unless your mechanics are using exotic materials to get the repairs done or throwing their tools away after each repair, shop supplies are just part of your price of doing business...I can't imagine what routine shop floor disposables cost $50! (Hey, maybe your doctor should charge you for the paper on the exam table or his disposable latex gloves, what do you think?) Basically, all of this adds up to blatant price padding. 3) Completely forgot to address simple fix for the shift knob cap slipping out of position which I've previously had fixed at this dealership for free some years ago during a routine maintenance visit. When I brought it to Luisa's attention that it hadn't been done she stated it's "not adjustable" so I'd need to purchase a new knob (for $168 + $162 in labor!). When I stated I knew it could be adjusted, she reluctantly said a tech would be out to look at it in few minutes and then disappeared on what I can only imagine was her usual smoke break. After about 25 minutes I had to get the other staff to page her to ask about the tech, which she now stated had all gone home for the day since it was now after 5pm. She then actually asked if I wanted to bring the vehicle back the next day for a new shift knob for the still very reasonable price of $168 + labor! Good news, maybe I'm wrong about her smoking...it's probably just drugs. So Ourisman feel free to post this review on your dealership site, I'll even click the "I consent" box for you! But don't worry, in case you forget I'll make sure it's also posted on every review forum and electronic billboard. Consider it free advertising, and oh yeah...you're welcome. Maybe you guys can use the money I spent to buy some more TV or radio spots to overcome all the negative on-line reviews. More

I worked out a very good price, walked into the dealership 8pm and was done with the paperwork in less than an hour. The finance people were courteous and didn't oversell. The dealership was closing but my salesman, Samer Burjas, stayed after closing to walk me through all the options on the vehicle -- phone setup, remote start, navigation, etc. This was the best transaction I've had on any vehicle I've purchased in the last 20 years, including BMW, Acura, and Honda. Took the joy out of buying a new car Showed up on a Monday night to pay cash for an already picked out vehicle. Waited 2 1/2 hours just to meet with finance guy to pay cash. Took the manager 1 1/2 to come and apologize for the wait. He offered me all weather mats for free for my time, which already came with the vehicle. If I hadn't had the vehicle picked out with a military USAA discount, I would have walked out. The salesman Mohammed was very nice and apologetic, however clearly his manager and finance staff was not up to the task. Nor did they make any effort to pick up the pace. I came in totally excited to get a brand new Jeep Wrangler and drove home very angry in my new jeep. I know, first world problems, but buying a new car should be somewhat enjoyable. More

I had been looking at local Jeep dealers for about 2 months before going to the Jeep Ourisman dealer's website and deciding to work with Samer Burjas. It would literally take me hours to write all I want to say about working with him, Nelda (whom I have affectionately named the 'Candy Lady') and this extremely contemporary dealership. If you want to go to a car dealership and feel like you're buying a car from your next door neighbor that you've known for 20 years, you MUST work with Samer! He REALLY cares about how you FEEL.
