Terrible service. Extremely dissatisfied with my experience. Came in to see Mark in service, very friendly. That is where experience went downhill. I came in to get my steering column looked at due to it being noisy, as well as an oil change, and 10k maintenance. I asked Mark to listen to the sound I recorded that way they know what they're looking for, even told him how to replicate it. He didn't listen, said that tech will be looking at the steering column and didn't need it... fine. Few hours later, my car is ready, they couldn't replicate the issue, all sounds are normal. At that point, Mark does listen to my recording and gives me an answer as to why it is normal that didn't quite sit well with me. I then notice that they never reset my oil life. I look at my rims, they are still very dirty from few days back when roads were threaded for snow, even the lug nuts are dirty. My car had a deep scratch on the back right rim since purchase, the deep scratch is still on back right. They never rotated tires, if they have, this defective rim would be on another wheel, and my rims wouldn't look untouched. Mind you, I paid for the rotation. I am not even sure they performed the 10k maintenance, or even changed oil. Furthermore, I googled my steering column issue and found out that it is a common problem on a 300 since 2012 model year and there is a simple fix for it. Complete waste of time, money. I am now going to need to see their manager and contact Chrysler. While there I heard a tech come out to talk about another vehicle and he didn't even know what the part he was referring to was called, also started complaining about how they just needed to tell another customer that they couldn't replicate their noise complaint. Incredibly slow service I would discourage anyone from purchasing a vehicle from this dealership or bringing a vehicle into the service department. They had my brand new 2016 Dodge 2500 with 8000 mikes on it for 12 days repairing the factory recall. I had no transportation and they were in absolutely no hurry to communicate with me or prioritize the repair. Avoid them or shop at your own peril. More
Stellar attention and speedy service! VIP treatment I left in a rush out of work, around 4:30 pm in the hopes of perhaps getting to see my car in daylight (sun goes down around 5:10 here). I was greeted at the door by Mohammad Ko who from the very beginning treated me just like any other person. I'm 20 and have a baby face and showed up by myself - I was expecting to be ridiculed by salespeople and asked for the ''Sweetie, where are your parents?'' but instead I was treated just like any other independent adult without a co-applicant would be. Even better, I felt like I was always taken care of since the beginning. I didn't have to remind anyone that I was waiting on anything. I was acknowledged immediately and constantly being followed up on while the sales and finance team were working on my purchase. I got to take the car that very same day, my first car, a luxurious Chrysler, even though, just like I said, I have such a baby face and was expecting them to wait for the bank to come through fully and everything to be rock-solid. Great team. Everyone there was extremely professional and overall nice, Mohammad in particular who saw me through and through. He even drove my car home because I was too much of a chicken to drive it until my banking paperwork had been finalized! Will definitely reccommend this Ourisman dealership and this salesman in particular to anyone and will definitely comeback in the future for my next cars. More

My experience stay away Well first off I got my struts fixed and my trans flashed for the third time with a soft wear update (for the third time in the year and 4 months I've Well first off I got my struts fixed and my trans flashed for the third time with a soft wear update (for the third time in the year and 4 months I've owned the car which is supposed to fix my stalling issue due to the system sending to much air to engine with my vehicle but the issue has returned every time after a few months but sure why not third times a charm right ) only to have my abs light come on my traction control light come on a very loud grinding and clunking noise that keeps getting louder in my front right tire that sounds like the tires gonna fall off when I turn my brakes stop working on me and my car stall in the middle of a busy highway all in a Matter of minutes of me getting my car back (good apparent test drive they did) so now I have to return first thing in the morning to drop off my vehicle and get a loaner car (which I find interesting they have because they have never offered me one before and the last time I was there asked about it because they advertise it so much only to be told they "don't do that there" I guess this case is an exception I have also been very misled and flat out lied to in my experience with the salesperson there (doug) who had told me that I could have my car serviced at any Ourisman when I actually can't which is why I even considered buying a car in a different state ( this was half true considering I can have it serviced at any Ourisman in va apparently but not in md where I and this could be an honest mistake accept the salesperson lives in md near me and would more than likely know this ) on top of that he also told me that the service package covers oil changes and tire rotations well thank god they do the oil change for free after paying 1500 $ however I was pleased to find out tire rotation are not part of the plan after I got slapped with the bill after my first service appointment I've also had a rattle in my front right area of my car ever since my first 2000 miles I put on the car that apparently doesn't exist and no one can hear but me and my passengers but hey maybe I have an overactive imagination the car washes are a plus if you have about two hours to put aside after everything else has been done to get it ran through I have to say the only reason I got this car was for a reliable vehicle with low mileage (24000) and to avoid constantly being in the shop like my older vehicle but I'd think that my car has been in the shop more than any of the beater cars have been for the car failing to operate with the experience I have had I would absolutely not recommend Ourisman Chrysler jeep Dodge Ram of Alexandria va and will forever have a sour taste in my mouth when the Ourisman franchise brought up and the Ourisman name tarnished in my mind I hope this post is helpful and I recommend u save yourself the headache don't buy a dart and don't go to Ourisman (especially the Alexandria location) I hope we can reach a solution on this matter but this car and experience has been a lemon among lemons and I will be consulting a lawyer this week in regards to these matters More

When we purchased our Jeep 2 years ago, we were told that all service at the dealer would include a car wash. Part of our sales pitch included this discussion along with the added package for oil changes and tire rotations. After our first few oil changes, we noticed that the car was never washed, so we asked an advisor about it. We were told then that we had to ask that the car be washed. That was not the original offer, but we chocked that up to sales pitch. For this service my wife dropped the car and made a point of asking that the car be washed. I feel pretty strongly that we should not have to ask since I also feel pretty strongly that someone's word (i.e. the sales team) should be taken at face value. When she picked the car up, it was not washed so she asked why. The service rep she spoke with asked her if she requested the wash (this is already a sore subject - I guess Ourisman employees don't document these requests or communicate them to each other????), to which she replied YES, ALTHOUGH I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO, I DID. The rep then said that if she had 20 minutes or so, he would get the car washed for her. Really? That's an example of Ourisman's high caliber customer service? It certainly is, and it's also an example of Ourisman's apparent attitude that their customer's time is meaningless and without value. I love the Jeep brand and have owned several Jeeps, but my wife came home from this experience saying that she never wanted to own another Jeep. Thanks a lot Ourisman! More

I was put on hold all four times, and all four times I was told that none of the "Service Advisors" were available, but if I would like to leave a message she would have one of them call me back. I left three messages, and never heard back from them. I then called the Koons Jeep dealership in Tysons, and the woman that picked up the phone was able to look up all the necessary parts, my VIN number and the recall, and schedule my appointment within minutes. Koons rocks, Ourisman... not so much. More
