The service manager Mike Kentes and Fixed Operations Director Chris Morgan are very unprofessional and I was treated unfair by them both. I'm extremley sorry, I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and they will not recieve my business anymore. More

The first two just flat lied about having the vehicle and options I wanted at their dealerships. At the end of a long day, after being disappointed at two other Jeep dealerships, I gave Ourisman my last shot. Arriving at six thirty pm, we met the internet guy (Roy) who was super, honest and very helpful. Surprisingly he immediately turned us over to Samer. It was an instant positive relationship. Samer was friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. And he listened, not talked. He answered every question, showed us every choice, and knew every detail. Then we talked money. Now I've bought a lot of new cars (I'm 67 years old). I know the difference between a saleman who runs between me and his removed manager, and an empowered saleman who is able to negotiate honestly with me. And when we reached a great deal (for me), Samer actually stood tall and represented me to his manager. And got what we agreed upon. And that was not an easy sale. Samer is the best advocate, salesman and friend I can imagine. So ask for him, find him any way you can. He is the best and you will feel like you are working with a friend right from the start! While the Jeep was in for axle repairs I had them replace the tailgate stopper for $304.97. Just two weeks later the piece popped out again, I opened it on a completely flat surface parked in my paved driveway. I started researching the part and discovered the arm had never actually been broken. I went out to the Jeep to see if they had actually removed the rear interior quarter panel to replace the arm, and the hadn't. This was obvious from the untouched rust on the bottom screw that would have to be removed. I called corporate and they kept me on hold while contacting Ourisman. The dealership told them they had just replaced the arm. Funny thing, that arm wasn't broken. Got a thin flathead screwdriver and popped the arm back in myself. I would recommend that you take your Jeep to a different dealership if you need anything done. These guys are shameless at lying and taking advantage of people. More
