Once I got back the sales manager DJ Bruce was done with the deal with a minor setback I almost walked out but DJ knew he could get something better so sure enough he came back with a way better deal and it was off to the finance department. Been calling the dealership all last week and everybody who i needed to talk to was busy. I popped up and called the receptionist said bernard was busy but when i came thru the door he was eating a sandwich around 4 o clock. so u telling me all week long you was busy eating sandwiches. i told him the problem he told me if i wanted to trade my vehicle in it would be 7000 upside down. I stated who trading in a vehicle, i want a brand new vehicle wit no upside money going into it. Next day which was saturday i went back up there, the Gm of sales i think his name was dj or bj, he came to me asking me to leave my contact info so andy can call me back. I stated no call andy back on your job phone and let me speak with him. I spoke with andy he said give him till monday and he will figure this out. Now its monday he send me to someone name Chris morrison. Chris supposed to get back with me in the next hour, but lets see how long this will take. More
SOLD A LEMON let me start out by saying my salesperson was excellent...everything after was total failure...bought a 2013 Chrysler 200 on 8-2-17, left it there unt let me start out by saying my salesperson was excellent...everything after was total failure...bought a 2013 Chrysler 200 on 8-2-17, left it there until 8-4-17 so that the service department could make sure everything was in tip top shape. Drove the car for a few days and noticed a thumping, rattling sound whenever I went over a bump in the road. On 8-10-17 is when it all went wrong. Was pulling out of driveway into traffic, and the front right tire completely disconnected nearly causing an accident. Had to have it towed to nearest shop repair shop where I was told, despite what the Carfax report stated, that the car seemed to have been in an accident before. The ball bearing was broken, the axle was broken, front right strut was damaged, and the sway bar was damaged. All to the tune of over $1100 in damages. Contacted the dealer and was told on the phone that they would take care of bill. Took invoice to them on Saturday 8-19-17 and was told I would be contact on Monday 8-21-17. Monday came and went. Come Thursday 8-24-17, still no one contacted me, so I contacted them, and to my dismay was told they knew nothing about it, but would try to research and get back with me later that day....ITS NOW THE NEXT DAY, and still nothing...guess I'll just have to chalk that up to a lost. They've not only lost my business, but the business of 3 others that were set to go in and purchase BRAND NEW vehicles from them....Question, was my $1100 reimbursement really worth losing out on over a DEFINITE $60000 that they would have gotten from my associates??? More

Shady I was not at all pleased with this dealership. Can had only one key, outlets didn't work and all fluids needed changed when we went in for first main I was not at all pleased with this dealership.
