Fast and efficient. No issues. Brought my car in for an oil leak. They called me to say that it was the oil cooler and falls under the 60,000 powertrain warranty. Dus No issues. Horrible Time Wasted Experience I only give 1 star because I can't give 0 stars. Went there on Saturday January 13, 2017 for a deal that had supposedly already been done and all we I only give 1 star because I can't give 0 stars. Went there on Saturday January 13, 2017 for a deal that had supposedly already been done and all we had to do was have the trade evaluated and review the paperwork. It seemed to easy to me but my partner Jayson had everything in an email from Ourisman Dodge. When we arrived and was greeted by Jason the salesman he asked us to have a seat and the General Manager would be with us shortly. When the General Manager sat down I almost keeled over. If you google Lustine Dodge in Woodbridge, VA there was a General Manager there by the name of Jason Dill. This man is rude and the most unprofessional person I have ever met in my life. When he was at Lustine Dodge he said to me "We just can't make someone like you happy, so get your keys and just don't come back here". This over a "We Owe You" a piece of paper the dealership gives you telling you what they will do after the sale. I learned quickly Lustine Dodge will do nothing. I said no way my partner and the salesman said what is the problem. I said to my partner don't you remember this man. He said no I said it's the General Manager that was at Lustine Dodge. The gentleman said to me I think you have me confused. I said no I don't you worked at Lustine Dodge and he said no not me. I said what is your name he said Jason and I said yes Jason Dill I can show you reviews on the internet. He then said oh yeah and got up and left. After Jason left the desk a gentleman by the name of Bernard Parker identified himself as the Sales Operations Director. He assured us if we made the purchase we would never have to deal with Jason Dill ever. I said to him how is that possible but he assured me we would never have to deal with Jason ever. My partner believed him, but I however told my partner you believe him but they have already started the deal off with a lie by saying it wasn't the guy from Lustine Dodge. Mr. Parker said the numbers would be available shortly. A while later Mr. Parker came back over to see how things were going and asked if there was anything he could get us. Mr. Parker said once the numbers were finished they would give us a complete list of everything to make sure we knew what we had negotiated. Mr. Parker said for the inconvenience he would give us a 50% discount on any accessories we purchased after the deal. Mr. Parker also said the car was being cleaned and detailed and the numbers will be available shortly and we can get you guys out of here very soon. He asked if we wanted to get our belongings out of the car and I said after we see the numbers. Then I just looked at him and said I want to leave now I am only staying for Jayson because he is believing you I however am of the belief "Fool me once shame on you, Fool me twice shame on me". We supposedly had a deal, he has a confirmation email and Andy the person identified as the owner said the deal would work. I told Mr. Parker I don't believe a word of anything you are saying. Mr. Parker left never to return. After about an hour and a half still nobody had come over with any numbers to review the deal. All of a sudden the lady from the finance department came over and asked us to come into the office. Not at anytime did anyone from Ourisman Dodge ever show us any numbers regardless of the number of times we asked, they just said we will show you shortly. When we went into the finance office the lady told Jayson she could not make the deal work. He showed her how he had worked up everything on the internet and had a confirmation number. The lady told Jayson he was $13,000 underwater on his current car. He asked her how and she couldn't give him an answer. Also they couldn't honor the interest rate originally promised. The finance lady asked if he wanted to look at a another car or perhaps have someone to sign on the loan with him. My partner Jayson kept asking what is the price of the car and what are you giving me for my trade. The finance lady never gave us the price of the car. She said we are giving 20,000 for your trade. Jayson asked why $20,000 when Ourisman at Bowie was selling his exact same car in black with the same features with 8800 miles for $25,000 and he showed her a picture of the car and said my car only has 7000 miles. The finance lady said either way you are still going to me $13,000 upside down. It made no sense and still nobody ever showed or reviewed any numbers with us or we would not have even went into the finance dept. The finance lady really seemed to avoid things or just didn't know about the deal that Jayson and someone named Andy supposedly the owner, who had called Jayson directly and told him we will get the deal done when you arrive. Nobody paid attention to his email confirmation. I felt bad for the finance lady who seemed to be in the dark about everything. I told her about my experience with the General Manager Jason Dill and she said she used to work at Lustine Dodge. I asked is my signature necessary for this deal to take place because the trade is in my name as well and she said yes. I said let me make this easy for everyone. I am not signing anything with any dealership where Jason Dill is the General Manager after my previous experience with him. We retrieved our keys and left. After getting home we sat down reviewed the ad about the car, the original price, the internet price, the price that Ourisman Dodge had promised and the only way the trade could have possibly been $13,000 upside down is because they didn't honor the price they originally promised on the car. We will never know because no one, the Sales Person, the General Manger, The Sales Operations Director, Andy the person who identified as the owner or the finance lady, ever showed us any numbers at all or reviewed any numbers with us at all. My partner disappointed emailed Andy the owner and guess what no response. I say no surprise. I would avoid this dealership at all costs and if you do go make sure you look over everything twice. In the past I have purchased several vehicles always with a pleasant experience. Not this time and I will never return or recommend anyone to go there. I am so glad the deal did not go through because after this experience I wouldn't trust anyone at this dealership and especially the General Manager Jason Dill after experiencing his customer service from Lustine Dodge. Unnecessary and Overpriced Seevice Twice I have brought my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee in to Ourisman Alexandria for service recalls, only to be offered ridiculous service recommendation Twice I have brought my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee in to Ourisman Alexandria for service recalls, only to be offered ridiculous service recommendations (including draining the brake lines, changing rear differential fluid, ‘carbon cleaning’ the fuel system, etc...) for a total of $1,225. I guess the service department assumes I’m an idiot because I’m a woman. Also, the service department lied about calling to leave ne a message; I didn’t receive their recommendation until they had already had my vehicle for nearly 7 hours. More

I worked with Zabi Sirat at the Ourisman Dealership in Alexandria, Virginia and he was such a joy to work with! He made my buying experience pleasurable; great conversation, very sincere and personable! I would buy another vehicle from him and will refer friends to him as well! Also, the finance guy that I worked with (I don't remember his name), was very pleasant to work with as well, and worked hard to get me the deal that I was looking for. The whole buying process was quick, easy and seamless! :) More
