Overall pleasant deal I received good value for my 2 trade-ins and then purchased a 2018 Pacifica. The sales rep Robert was was friendly and Pleasant to work with. Overall pretty quick transaction once price was established. The reason for the 4 stars via giving a 5 star is that fact that the check engine light was on, not necessarily was issue for me when they stated it was juat the O2 sensor needed reset and would only take 15 minutes and said I could have it done tomarrow when I returned because I had to go anyways to complete the paperwork (wife needed to sign as well) When we showed up the following day they were too busy to do it that day. Not the biggest deal and was told to schedule it with the service manager and will get it done. So scheduled an appointment to go in for the 15 min fix... service rep stated it would take at least an hour. Not big deal bit it was what happened after that hour, the rep comes out to tell me it wasn't the O2 sensor it was the auto vent something in the front grille and would have to order the part and would take a week. So all said and done I know have to go back again for the third time for the 15 min fix on my brand new van and not sure why I was told it was the O2 sensor and that clearly wasn't the issue.... still wondering that. Other then that thing.... good deal, and nice coffee maker in the lounge area with donuts! More

Car Accident Repair / Dealership Body Shop Damage I was rear-ended on January 17th. I took my Cherokee in for repair on January 19th. I was told that it would be approximated a week for repairs to be completed. It took several, due to parts not being unavailable and/or new parts being painted. On February 2nd at 2:33p I was informed via text message that my vehicle was ready for pickup. I went out on Saturday morning to retrieve my auto and found more damage over the right front tire, scuff marks that looked like rubber had been rubbing up against the side of the right back door area . I was questioned as to whether it was there when I first brought car in. WHAT!!!? I left there quite perturbed. They did take responsibility. I got several text messages from Bob/Service Advisor or Michael of Ourisman always saying if I needed anything to contact them. Now I appreciated them doing that. But I really wanted my auto back. Finally, I did get it back on February 9th. That was a very long time More

Great Sales Experience Except Our overall experience was positive, promptly greeted by Mark as we began to browse the selection of Jeeps, Dodges, and Rams. We had already done research beforehand and knew which vehicle that we want so Mark was eager to help us get onto the road for a test drive. Negotiations were fine, Manager Gary worked hard to figure out how to make the vehicle price work with our budget. Everything was surprisingly smooth until the gentleman from finance came out with his superficial enthusiasm for our purchase. He pushed overly hard for warranties, diminished our past experiences, and became a bit condescending towards us for the remaining part of the paperwork. Having a mediocre experience from Ourisman a few years ago led us to be hesitant to return, a worry that subsided until the finance department came out. Again, overall a positive experience minus the overly aggressive representative from finance. More

Love my Jeep. Not a fan of the Service Department. I love my jeep - but not a fan of the service department. I always feel inconvenienced when getting a service; and hate that Ourisman never goes abov I love my jeep - but not a fan of the service department. I always feel inconvenienced when getting a service; and hate that Ourisman never goes above and beyond for its customers. As a mentioned in a recent service feedback, how hard would it be to simply wash the outside of a vehicle when it leaves service? As a customer and someone that works too (like you), a simple car wash would make me/us happy! It would be like getting a haircut. You feel like a new person. A car wash can have that same affect - and show customers that you care too. Nobody likes sitting in service or paying high repair bills. Why not make them happy about something? More
