We instantly fell in love with the car after trying a few. He did his best to advocate for our pricing and mileage needs. They really worked hard with us to get the deal done! Time inservice was quick to resove the issue for being there My main concern is that the service Rep did not allow me to review the outcome of my vehicle inspection. So therfor I could not determine the conditio My main concern is that the service Rep did not allow me to review the outcome of my vehicle inspection. So therfor I could not determine the condition of the component that I was concerned with .The invoice showed the inspection was completed, but wiith no comments as to the true condiontion of the insected componenets. Dealership offered a great deal just wish I wouldn’t have been shown a vehicle above my price point to fall in love with. I first worked with David and he helped secure a fair price, being open and transparent throughout. Samer then helped complete the deal when the car arrived (was ordered). He took the time to talk me through everything in the car in detail and helped make the closing process efficient. In and out in 2.5 hours is pretty good in my book. Exceptional service I had a complicated situation where I had two cars to trade in for a new one. Samer made the whole process extremely easy, making sure to put me in a I had a complicated situation where I had two cars to trade in for a new one. Samer made the whole process extremely easy, making sure to put me in a car that had everything I wanted. He even came with me to the auto shop to pick up one of my old cars and drive it back for me so I wouldn't have to take an uber. Definitely go see him! The entire staff at this location is wonderful. I'm going to take advantage of my unlimited car washes just so I can see these guys from time to time. More
