Lengthy Visit, Overall Satisfied I visited this center on Monday, March 26 for service (my Check Engine light was on and I needed an oil change). I booked the original appointment on I visited this center on Monday, March 26 for service (my Check Engine light was on and I needed an oil change). I booked the original appointment on Monday, March 26 over the phone with Courtney, who was polite and informed me that Larry would be my service adviser. Upon arriving at the dealership, I was immediately seen by Josue, who told me that Larry no longer works there but he (Josue) would be happy to assist me. Josue quickly diagnosed the issue with my car. I waited for my car for about an hour and a half. Josue came to find me and explain the issue with my car. He said that a part needed to be ordered, that it would be in by Wednesday, March 28, and that he would call me when it arrived. He checked to ensure that my vehicle was safe to drive, assuring me that if it wasn't he would help me set up a rental car. My vehicle was safe to drive, so I returned home. On Tuesday morning, March 27, I received a text message stating that the part for my vehicle had arrived. I immediately called to schedule an appointment, and I was assisted by Shannon. She easily scheduled me an afternoon appointment and told me my service adviser would be Rafael. Upon arriving at the dealership, I was able to speak with Rafael right away, and he transferred me to Josue, who had helped me the day before. I was at the dealership for 5 hours on Tuesday, March 27, waiting for my vehicle to be serviced. My appointment was at 1:00pm, and I left at 6:00pm. I wish I had received more communication regarding the status of my vehicle/timing throughout that time period. I texted the customer number once to request an update, but did not receive an answer. Josue was very apologetic and gave me a discount on the service for the trouble, which I greatly appreciated. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service and would recommend. More

Thanks I went to the Dodge dealership in Marlon Heights and got the worse customer service ever. As soon as I left there I called Ourisman of Alexandria and I went to the Dodge dealership in Marlon Heights and got the worse customer service ever. As soon as I left there I called Ourisman of Alexandria and from the moment they answered I knew I’d be taken care of. It was a 10 min drive and I got right in. I had an issue with my windshield wipers and radio and they had everything diagnosed and fixed within an hour. All of the staff were professional and seemed really engaged in their jobs. I’d recommend this dealership for service to anyone. More
Great work for such a busy service center I was stranded in my company vehicle, 2016 Dodge Caravan, in Washington D.C. The transmission decided to do a little grinder action as I pulled out of the hotel lot to return home. I got the vehicle towed to the Alexandria Ourisman service center and the next day they were able to give me a nasty, but expected, prognosis of metal throughout the transmission. They informed me it would be at least a week to rebuild. I snagged a rental and headed back to Indy. Exactly one week later they called to report the vehicle was finished. Due to work, I arrived a week after they called to report it was ready. I got the vehicle and drove it back to Indianapolis with zero problems. It drove great, the transmission was like new, very tight and right. Thanks so much for the great work! More
