He (the husband) doesn't mind so much, but doesn't like to be jerked around. Bouba showed us the two vehicles we were interested in, did not push anything else on us. He definitely listened to us and let us make our decision with no pressure. Ariana in Finance was knowlegeable and a pleasure to work with. Everyone was friendly and very professional. Horrible While I was there the customer service was nice, they spoke nicely and gave me all the things I wanted to hear. However, after leaving it took them 3 While I was there the customer service was nice, they spoke nicely and gave me all the things I wanted to hear. However, after leaving it took them 3 weeks to call me back discussing the financing when I have called multiple times. They offered me a financing of 479 and now jumped the financing to 559 monthly because of an error on their end. I expressed numerous times while there that I was only trading my car in for a lower car payment and they said congratulations we made it happen. I also expressed I did not want to leave with a car if the deal we discussed was not happening. They said that it was good. But for them to now call me and discuss otherwise is completely misleading and appalling. I will NEVER work with this dealership again, I will never recommend this dealership again and I will go public with my experience to every social media site, new site and whoever I need to so that no one else is conned like I was. More

Untrustworthy I have no complaint with service department service or personnel. They were very professional and courteous. I bought a new Chrysler Pacifica and was told by my salesman that my scheduled maintenance visits would be taken care of by the dealer and that the car would be undercoated at no charge. Wrong! A month or so after the purchase, I tried to set up a time for the undercoating. I was informed that undercoating was no longer done and that the scheduled maintenance was an optional package which I had not bought. Nobody mentioned that part when I signed the papers. I just thought it was company policy. The sales manager did tell me that the dealer would only take care of my first servicing. NOT! I just had the car in for it's 5000 mile first service. I was billed about $150 for an oil change and tire rotation. They did not even wash the car before returning it which many dealers do. Best advice: Do not believe anything these people tell you! I am almost afraid to agree to the Terms of Use for posting this comment. More
