I have two front bumper side cameras that are displaying no visuals when turned on. Not sure what happened but I will be going back to have the shop look at it. Hopefully they just aren’t plugged in. Michael Kim assisted me with the issue well and I will be seeing him this coming Monday. I’m hoping the issue can be addressed. More

When my parents gave me an old recall, I was a little nervous on how the dealer would react to a recall from five years ago, from a new resident who bought their car elsewhere. Luckily they didn’t even blink and checked to see if my liberty had it done. When it came back as still outstanding, they quickly guided me to the service center and treated me just as they would treat a customer who bought their Jeep from them. Josue and his colleagues were very patient and efficient, helping me through my first time having a recall done. The mechanic standing nearby quickly read the form while I was waiting in line and explained what the recall was for and helped ease my nerves on what the service would entail. I would certainly recommend them as a dealer and service station for Jeep owners. As a female Jeep owner, I felt they treated me with respect. When I came back once the part came in, they greeted me and remembered me. In total the whole process went like this: Initial visit 1 hour ordered part Wait time between ordering part 2 days Installation of recall part 4 hours More

Called a spoke with the salesman Robert to confirm the price was valid as I was driving over an hour to look at the vehicle. Was told yes and to come in for a test drive. I drove the hour plus to get there only to be told that he made a mistake and that the vehicle was 6k more than advertised. I was told oh sorry that the price mistakenly included every known rebate offered. Classic bait and switch BS. Should have walked out then but I liked the vehicle so I took it for a drive and tried to get there best offer to see if we could get close. Sales worksheet was done and not even close to a reasonable offer. Tried to talk with the sales manager several times and never returned calls or emails. Save your time and trouble and go elsewhere. Very unethical dealership. More
